been waiting in the #TSA line at Lihue airport for 7 hours. Missed our flight, but the line has only gotten longer. Only one bag scanner is running, and the TSA is mostly just standing around, while the power keeps restarting the gear. #nightmare #hurricanelowell

Replying to @SAS
@SAS was lied to by customer support and told we could rebook our “rebookable” ticket up to 1 hour before our flight. We tried to call and rebook one of our family members due to illness, and then support claimed they could not do that, and hung up on us. Then support closed.

the @SAS baggage check people told us to check in and proceed to the gate for help. Apparently this is what doomed our ability to use our more expensive “rebookable” option. at no point did any SAS person admit their misstep and help to make it right. Now I’m out $4k

We arrived in Copenhagen and talked to customer support here, they did nothing. We called support again, and they refused to help, despite us following all of SAS’s instructions previously. fucking awful experience with this airline and their support @SAS
