Protocol Neo
This is my protocol iterated for 6 years so far. Pretty common stuff other than fasting which got me incredibly low negative bacterial concentrations in the gut and emphasis on Arginine protocol for Lymphatic endothelial function and presumably reactived T-cells.
Sleep:
Psilouette psilocybin gummies. 150ug. One capsule ProButyrate taken at night.
Gut:
Pendulum Glucose Control (contains live Akkermansia and Bifidobacteria) + pendulum polyphenols
Beef bone broth and home made chicken bone broth (make with pressure cooker in only 2 hours vs 2 days)
Horsetail extract + eating a lot of fiber for gut motility and felt wellbeing
Fasting 2 days every 3 weeks (do more frequently if necessary). Many felt effects but most noticeably gut motility and overall health. Used to also help with MCAS before Arginine protocol. I did not measure before but I was told by my functional that I have the lowest negative bacterial growth he's ever seen. I presume it is because of the fasting.
Mitochondrial support:
10x Health optimize multivitamin. Focused on B Vitamins but overall one of the best multivitamins I've ever seen with lots of compounds that we tend to miss in our diets.
Core stack:
GlyNAC 1.5g NAC, 2g Glycine. 2g Arginine, 500mg Vitamin C, 120mg Magnesium Glycinate, 60mg BenfoMax, 1.2g Citrulline. These are essential and most tailored to the condition. Take this 2x per day, morning and night.
Energy and Immunity:
Iodine (I did test for it. I was in range but on the lower side. Energy increased immediately)
Vitamin ADK complex for immune signaling and epithelial cells.
Mental acuity:
Lutein + Zeaxanthanin
Inflammation and blood flow:
Neprinol. Take in the morning on an empty stomach and can be taken at night as well if haven't eaten recently before.
1.5 grams of Omega 3
Quality fats:
Coconut smoothie (with coconut meat), beef tallow (high in monounsaturated fat), fish for omega 3, some fatty beef
Minerals. Baja Mineral salt. Have a gravity water filter that leaves intact my water supply's mineral content which is pretty good. Mussels and Oysters.
Organ meats: Occasionally eat ground beef that contains liver and heart.
Exercise: Once PEM is reduced/eliminated it is important to exercise in order to kick mitochondrial activity back into a higher gear.
Fascia: Learn how to release fascia consistently as it stiffens more with us.
To understand what is going on I think the Borne protocol is quite helpful. My sense I'm able to do something much less intensive mainly because of the fast but it highlights well all the ways in which our energy chain breaks.
Three main vectors: Find a genetic bottleneck which most of us likely have. (some sort of nutrient conversion enzyme for example)
Find what you're deficient in (often nutrient transporters are downregulated through the gut barrier perhaps even BBB). Once identified find altered molecule of that nutrient that is either fat soluble (to permeate through gut barrier) or is modified to use a different transporter.
Focus on mitochondrial efficiency: Light, heat, once ready exercise, fasting. If or once you can tolerate it make use of it.
Focus on overall nutrient density: Have a smart varied diet that optimizes for nutrient density per calorie. Find a farmer that understands soil if you can, it makes a big difference.
Next steps:
I will draw my next steps from the later phases of the Borne protocol. The next thing I want to start adding in is more biofilm busters such as fulvic acid.
Unfortunately we have to get many variables right at once to start improving but once all the pieces are there, many people do. I hope this is helpful for someone

No one should be collagen maxxing.
Everyone should be glycine/methionine balancing.
Glycine/methionine balancing is a powerful weapon of longevity.
Glycine/methionine balance probably explains many of the discrepancies in whether animal foods or plant foods are better for our health.
There are three paths to glycine/methionine balancing:
1) Eat nose-to-tail animal-based, and include at least 10 grams of collagen for every 100 grams of other protein.
2) Get your animal protein mostly from shellfish, focusing on scallops as the number one food, and oysters and clams as the next most abundant protein.
3) Eat a mostly plant-based diet with your protein coming from lentils and other legumes.
All three of these paths can hit a glycine-to-methionine ratio of around 4-to-1.
There are two reasons no one should be collagen maxxing:
1) Collagen is incredibly low in sulfur amino acids, branched-chain amino acids, phenylalanine, tryptophan, and tyrosine. You need these, and you will kill your muscle mass and your neurotransmitters if you don't get enough of them.
2) Collagen is incredibly rich in hydroxyproline, which can be converted to oxalate, a potent metabolic toxin, if your AGXT enzyme doesn't work optimally. About 20% of the population has a polymorphism in this enzyme that hurts its effectiveness (PMID 10960483). It is possible that vitamin B6 will allow these people to tolerate lots of collagen, but at a minimum such people should be monitoring their oxalate levels on a high-collagen diet, not indiscriminately maxxing collagen.
So, definitely consider using bone broth and the collagenous tissues (bones, joints, skin) of animals as a path to glycine/methionine balancing, but check in on your oxalate levels or your AGXT genetics at least once to make sure you're not creating a problem.
And be aware that shellfish and plant proteins are alternative paths to this balance as well.

ME patients don't reject mind-body interventions because we think they are useless for treating/curing ME and LC - we reject them because we know they do not work and more often than not people DECLINE when using them exclusively.
Many of us HAVE tried them. Some of us have tried it all.
CBT and talk therapy: check
GET: check
Brain re-training: check
Breathwork: check
Meditation: check
Affirmation and thinking yourself well: check
Many of us have years worth of exactly this type of treatment under our belts. We are not just guessing and dismissing. Its experience.
Have mind-body techniques helped me learn to cope with chronic illness. YES.
Are they treatments and cures for ME. NO. What a dumb ass and frankly disgusting thing to think and say.
We are we so angry about this? because.... instead of tackling the known biological dysfunctions and pathogens early in the illness patients are instead told to do this shit. Its insanely unethical to recommend an intervention that can make someone worse (i.e. GET) or stop them from using interventions that could help them.
p.s. If you use mind-body interventions and you got better (on its own, nothing else done) you likely did not have ME (it would be very VERY unlikely given what we know of spontaneous remission rates in ME). I am not saying you were not sick. Obviously, you felt sick/you were sick - you just did not have ME.
So people are doing colonics but has anyone done a mastercleanse?
It sounds kind of crazy but you shed what is essentially this hard plaque lining, it looks like a tube or even gut itself when it comes out.
Being able to shed this thing has to be absolutely transformative for gut health, nutrient absorption overall wellbeing, no?
I just got myself a fascia blaster. I have absolutey every tool you could think of but this is my new favorite. I'm shocked at how effective this thing is

What's on the menu for Europe? Civil war and/or war with Russia. What's on the menu for America? Harder to say. EMP false flag, massive financial crash, draft to Iran. South America looks really nice just about now
Somewhere between 90-100% of everything they talk about and have flags for was a psyop, and they have no idea. We are complete cattle in the hands of the Narrative Engineers

BREAKING:
The riots have spread to Switzerland too.
Police have been attacked by rioters who are also building barricades and setting fires.
The whole bread and butter of the inner circle is the mastery of mass psychology.
I have a hard time believing the protests are organic in Europe.
I don't see how this was ever going to work. Poland has been running much better than their western counterparts, so it would be harder to get people riled up enough to protest. Maybe this was done to also have Poland protest along with at this point many other European nations. The question is why, why do you want all of Europe in chaos right now
🚨🇵🇱COUP UNDERWAY IN POLAND!
PM Donald Tusk has just sent police to storm Constitutional Tribunal building in Warsaw in the middle of the night.
Tusk waited until President Karol Nawrocki left the country before ordering the police takeover.
Nawrocki was halfway to Senegal when he abruptly turned his plane around and rushed back to Poland to confront the unfolding crisis.
The EU, which backs Donald Tusk, has STILL NOT issued a statement on this unprecedented crisis or condemned the attempted coup.

🚨 AREA 51 EARTHQUAKE SWARM HITS
A cluster of 17 earthquakes struck near Area 51 in the Nevada desert within the past 24 hours; the strongest a 4.4 magnitude at a very shallow depth of just ~2.5 miles underground.
This comes right after President Trump publicly teased major upcoming releases of UFO/UAP files, with more declassifications expected soon.
Natural seismic swarm… 💥

The world's oil infrastructure continues to be destroyed at breathtaking speed. This won't be solved overnight, or even over years...
BREAKING: Yemen’s Houthis have reportedly struck Saudi Arabia’s largest oil refinery at Ras Tanura with a ballistic missile, triggering a fire at one of the Kingdom’s most critical oil export hubs, per Bloomberg.
Ras Tanura is the cornerstone of Saudi oil exports, housing a refinery with a 550,000 barrel-per-day capacity and a terminal that handled over 5 million barrels daily before the war. With Yanbu on the Red Sea already hit, Saudi Arabia’s two main export arteries are now under fire.
It comes as Riyadh reportedly offered Yemen’s Houthis $1 billion through Iran to halt attacks on the Kingdom, but the Houthis struck the kingdom's most vital terminal anyway.

This was my main concern re: GLP-1s in MECFS. Take a patient population already teetering into widespread malnutrition and nutrient deficiency and then reduce the volume of food - which was already too low. Disaster.
As hard as they were pushing this stuff I knew it would be horrendous for you. Why do we even still trust any compound whatsoever coming from the pharmaceutical complex.
