Bel'Veth is currently one of the strongest late game champs in League, similar to Kayle and ASol. Her playrate has increased 2-3x and we're seeing her winrate go up by the day. She was winning ~46% of her high MMR games on 7/28 and that number has increased to ~51% in 5 days. Her power is likely to keep increasing over the patch as players optimize so we're nerfing her scaling a bit. HP Growth: 110 >>> 105 R Total AS Buff: 5/15/25% >>> 6/13/20%
