this is actually INSANE... this guy leaked every viral ugc video on earth bookmark it right now.
introducing the biggest open library of viral ugc videos > every viral ugc video on earth > every ugc creator on earth > every brand running ugc on earth all in one place (100% free) if a ugc video goes viral today, you'll see it here tomorrow i went back and forth on making this public brands spend months figuring out what works. this puts their whole playbook in the open but i think shared knowledge is worth more than that risk this is the lite version. 10x more dangerous version is coming... enjoy darkugc.com : )

most traders check 1 number to know if their edge is still alive: PnL. by the time PnL tells you, the regime already changed. Jane street quants watch 10 numbers that flag it early. the sheet gives you all 10: the formula, the alarm level, and what to do when it trips. Bookmark it right now.
OVERTRADING October 10, 2025 i had what would become the single biggest one-day loss of my career i lost eight figures in minutes due to systemic failures on the biggest CEXs, and to this day, no one has taken accountability for what happened my losses made headlines and became one of the biggest stories to come out of that day but what many people don't know is what happened in the weeks and months that followed i lost several million more and i did it by making one of the biggest mistakes traders like me tend to make: OVERTRADING in hindsight, i would have been far better off shutting everything down for the next few months or even quarters i probably would have become a much better trader if i had simply stayed away from the computer for at least six months but a part of me was desperate for action a part of me wanted to make it all back a part of me wanted to prove that i still had what it takes and that i would get back on my feet i wanted to 'work' and sitting back, doing nothing, and staying away from the computer for a prolonged period didn't feel like work except that, for a trader, being AFK can sometimes be the most important work you do one of the biggest mistakes i made — and that many traders make — is assuming that skill, experience, and process are enough to consistently outperform the market they aren't believe it or not, successful trading is often a combination of skill, favorable market conditions, timing, and luck as a Christian, i attribute the 'luck' component to GOD's blessings and favor rather than sheer luck but the underlying principle remains the same: our biggest wins often come from combining a solid process with being in the right place at the right time sometimes, that means catching a single exceptional trade other times, it means being positioned during a streak of opportunities that emerge in quick succession because market conditions are overwhelmingly in your favor for example, you could have been a memecoin god simply by being active in the market during the explosive memecoin era of 2021, which produced $DOGE, $SHIB, $FLOKI, and several other billion-dollar runners many traders made life-changing money during that period but the same sophisticated processes that helped some of us make 7, 8, or even 9 figures during the bull market would have failed miserably in the bear market that followed in 2022 the same principle applies to the 2024–early 2025 era, which produced several multibillion-dollar runners like $WIF, $POPCAT, and $FARTCOIN and then the prolonged dearth of opportunities after $TRUMP leading to 10/10 and the almost one-year period following the point is simple: the edge that makes you money in one market environment won't necessarily make you money in another and one of the most important skills you can develop as a trader is recognizing when your edge is no longer there sometimes, the best trade is no trade at all sometimes, the smartest thing you can do is take a bow, step away, and wait for the next opportunity even if only temporarily it's almost impossible to consistently beat the market over a sufficiently long timeframe but as crypto traders, we have one significant advantage: we don't need to outperform the market every single day, week, or month to generate exceptional returns historically, crypto's bull phases have tended to occupy a disproportionate share of the cycle, with bear phases accounting for a smaller portion using one historical framework, the bull phase averages approximately 1,060 days, or 74% of the cycle, while the bear phase averages around 380 days, or 26% but if your definition of a bull run is narrower — i.e. a period of explosive momentum when $BTC trades above its 200-day moving average and much of the cycle's biggest price action occurs — then the window becomes significantly shorter under that framework, we're talking about approximately 237 days, or around 16% of the cycle these figures are estimates based on particular definitions of market phases, not universal constants but the broader lesson remains: you don't need to trade every market. you need to recognize the windows when your edge is strongest and capitalize on them for the rest of the time, there's nothing wrong with stepping away entirely or trading only with a tiny fraction of your portfolio that you can comfortably afford to lose preserving your capital, your mental clarity, and your ability to recognize the next major opportunity is far more important than forcing trades in unfavorable conditions because the goal isn't to be active all the time the goal is to be positioned when it matters most and to have the discipline to do nothing when it doesn't to conclude, i only wish i had followed this advice myself hopefully, i'll do a better job of applying it going forward, GOD WILLING

Goldman Sachs just told clients something every "diversified" trader should read twice. on Oct 22, long/short, systematic AND multi-strategy hedge funds all lost more than 1% in one day. first time since COVID. one equation explains it: σp = σ × √(1/N + (1 - 1/N) × ρ) -4 strategies, 10% vol each, correlation 0.2: book vol 6.3% -same 4 strategies, correlation 0.8: book vol 9.2% -your 4 bets just became 1.2 bets -diversification only counts on the bad days Bookmark rn. use this eq in your strategy.
Pretty crazy Reuters piece on the global selloff. - October 22 marked the 1st time since the COVID crash that long/short, systematic, and multi-strategy hedge funds tracked by Goldman Sachs ALL lost more than 1% in a single day. - Tech-focused hedge funds: down ~10% in October - Asia-focused hedge funds: down ~9% in October There’s separate interviews where Citadel/JP Morgan have been saying retail has been the ones buying the dip in semiconductor, neocloud, and memory stocks. And the stocks bought by most retail were $NBIS, $SNDK, and $TSM. Reuters stated this downturn triggered institutional deleveraging events among hedge funds. Quite the divergence, I do think there’s been a ton of irrational selling now, hedge fund deleveraging seems to be a major contributor.

Ex-Jane Street quant leaked this f*cking regime switch prompt online. paste this into Claude Opus 5.5. this one prompt builds a production-grade strategy on/off switch: -Label every day on Trend (50/200 DMA, ADX) and Volatility (20-day realized vs 1-year, VIX) -Run strategy in Strategy Lab with realistic fees/slippage -Require 30 trades per regime with bootstrap confidence intervals -Adversary agent tries to break the conclusion with look-ahead bias Bookmark it right now.

SOMEONE LEAKED THE PROMPT TO BUILD A MULTI-AGENT TRADING SIMULATION. YOU PASTE IT INTO CLAUDE AND IT BUILDS THE ENTIRE MARKET ORCHESTRATOR WHILE YOU GRAB A COFFEE. No programming required. Just paste. A single prompt does it all: Time required: 2 minutes Actions: copy and paste into Claude code The mistake that wipes out 99% of trading strategies: they work in backtests but fail in live markets. But a quiet Tuesday isn't the same as a liquidity crisis. 1. Simulate 4 adversarial agents: Market Maker (captures spreads), Arbitrageur (exploits discrepancies), Institutional Execution (hides large orders), Retail/Noise Trader (trades on sentiment) 2. Real market mechanics: Limit Order Book with tick size 0.01, 5-50ms latency, 0.05% taker fees, slippage on large orders 3. Shock events: sudden 2% price drops, liquidity evaporation, spoofing detection-test if your strategy survives 4. 5-step execution loop: OBSERVE → REASON → ACT → SETTLE → EVALUATE-every simulated second 5. Strict JSON output: mid_price, spread_bps, total_volume, agent_actions, target_strategy_performance, risk_flags Now it's just Ctrl+V. Save it before they delete it.

SOMEONE LEAKED THE PROMPT THAT BUILDS A FULL HFT LIQUIDITY AUDIT ENGINE. You paste it into Claude Opus 5.5 and it maps every regime shift while you’re at lunch. No coding. No Bloomberg terminal. Just paste. Time required: 90 seconds Actions: copy and paste into Claude The reason 97% of retail traders get stopped out before the real move: they’re trading in a liquidity vacuum and don’t even know it. A fat bid-ask spread on a quiet Wednesday isn’t the same as a gamma squeeze on OpEx Friday. 1. Read the book like a Citadel MM: detect Depth, Stability, and Flow regimes across ES, NQ, SPY, QQQ, ZN, DXY, gold, BTC - assign a confidence score 0-100 2. Fragility radar: catch spread widening, depth collapse, air pockets, NAV drift, and basis dislocations before the volatility event hits - 1-5 day and 1-4 week probability windows 3. Strategy match: the prompt tells you which approach works in each regime - limit orders vs market orders, scalping vs mean-reversion, when to stay in cash. No more using the wrong tool in the wrong market 4. Bear case built-in: it aggressively challenges its own liquidity call. FOMC days, CPI prints, earnings season, quarter-end rebalances - it flags what could invalidate the regime 5. Grok bot output: auto-generates 3-5 liquidity alert posts under 280 chars each, plus an Agenkit spec for a live liquidity screener that runs every US session Before, this meant a seat on a prop desk, a $200k Bloomberg terminal, and a team of quants reverse-engineering order flow. Now it’s just Ctrl+V. Save it before they delete it. 32k upvotes

This is the exact probability question that filters out 99% of Citadel quant applicants. Starting pay: $650,000. Time limit: 90 seconds. Pass rate: ~0.01%. Most PhDs get this wrong. Bookmark it rn.

SOMEONE LEAKED THE PROMPT TO CREATE MARKET REGIME DETECTION AGENTS. YOU PASTE IT INTO CLAUDE OPUS 5.5 AND IT BUILDS THE ENTIRE QUANT FRAMEWORK WHILE YOU GRAB A COFFEE. No programming required. Just paste. A single prompt does it all: Time required: 90 seconds Actions: copy and paste into Claude The mistake that wipes out the accounts of 99% of traders with bots: they use trend-following in choppy markets and mean-reversion in crashes. But a quiet Tuesday isn't the same as earnings season volatility. 1. Read the market like a Jane Street quant: detect trend regime, volatility state, and risk appetite across S&P 500, Nasdaq, Treasuries, DXY, and crypto 2. Handbrake: maximum drawdown of 15% with a kill switch checked before EVERY order based on VIX term structure and breadth divergence 3. Test before touching the money: backtest walk-forward with real costs, reject the strategy if it doesn't clear the gates 4. Night shift: while you sleep, it analyzes regime shifts, correlation breakdowns, and flow reversals—leaves improvements ready. You decide if applied 5. Zero code: you paste your API keys, Claude Opus 5.5 + Agenkit handles the rest Before, this meant a team of PhDs, millions in infrastructure, and weeks of backtesting. Now it's just Ctrl+V. Save it before they delete it. 54k upvotes
