Working on New World was living out a dream I will cherish forever as a true fan of the game. 鈾ワ笍
However, I'm happy to announce after a year of traveling the world, I'm back to fulfill another dream!
I've joined Bend Studio at Sony as a Producer! I couldn't be happier. 馃槉
If you told me 1yr ago what my next 365 days would entail, I'd still be just as sad to say goodbye to New World, but being able to travel around Asia for months & catch up with my best friend/family I haven't seen in years has been SO refreshing & I can't wait for what's next!
Made a little thing for the team while packing all of my stuff into storage so I don't have to pay rent.
Now to take a much needed vacation. Japan/China/Korea, here I come. 馃槑鉁岋笍

There he is!
Thorpe has taken pride of place on my studio shelf, but not just as a piece of @playnewworld history, but as a tribute to what it means to be a community. The best part of this journey was, and always will be, the people - from @jstubbles @Ritlua @ShadowFox_CM @OhThatRachel and all the devs over the years, to @YaBoiWiilly @DannehTV @TrickTrickms @rozilol and so many more streamers that I came to call friends, Thorpe is my reminder that no matter how the story ends, the best parts are the people you meet along the way
My Thorpe painting finally arrived at his new home, thank you @BagginsTV and @gamgeetv 鉂わ笍
The New World community is definitely a strong one and I鈥檓 grateful for all the people I have met through the game.
I am handmaking just enough for my team, I have no rights to sell or do anything else with it, sorry!

To say it鈥檚 been a rough week so far would be underselling it. I had the most cathartic cry yesterday reading everyone鈥檚 responses and seeing all the good bye celebrations in game - I鈥檓 so grateful for all of you. Losing New World feels like losing a friend.
Now... we didn't even get a shirt to celebrate Nighthaven, so I'll be spending the next couple weeks making merch for my team (partly to distract myself). 馃槑鉁岋笍
