My first computer had that. An Apple Performa 6115. Had 8 MB RAM with a 350MB HD. It cost a lot! A few weeks later I installed the Max RAM (72MB) on my dining room table. The room looked like an OR. I was scared to death. 😂

I was hoping the Giants would sign Joe Pisarcik and Larry Csonka before Sunday

I’ll never get the whole tournament thing. Plus I hate the dark colored courts. 😂

Also, if I recall correctly, back then the voting age was 21. That thought process is what led, in part, to lowering it to 18 via a constitutional amendment. I’m pretty sure it allowed me to vote in 1974 elections.

Ah, I forgot about that. Thanks! But still, given how bad he was playing… Plus, other than the $$ who cares about the tournament? I’d rather not risk him being hurt or overused in an otherwise meaningless end of a game that’s a loss.

Can somebody explain why he was still in the game with under 4 min to go down by 21? (He was scoreless in the 4th and they clearly weren’t coming back.) I didn’t watch the postgame so I didn’t see Nurse’s press conference.

You left off a 0 or three. I’m pretty sure his family would agree.

It was SOOOO different then vs now. I still remember as a kid opening the door while my parents were in other rooms and giving spare keys to neighbors. Mentioned it in passing later to my parents. 😂

You perfectly described my world as a kid growing up in NE Philly. We lived in the middle of the block. Had a drawer with copies of the house keys for most of our neighbors in case they got locked out or needed us to help with something if they were out. Others had that as well.

You spelled “air conditioner” wrong. Feel free to ask my wife about it. 😂 (In fairness, I’m totally fine with it.)
