Train uneven lies on the driving range!
This training aid allows you to recreate on-course situations right on the driving range!
The main differentiator between the Force Board Pro and other training aids is its adaptability. With just a few adjustments, you can create scenarios like a downhill lie or a setup where the trail side is higher than the lead side.
In this configuration, we introduce our "Trail Smash Up the Hill" golf drill, which is part of our Force Board protocols. This setup is challenging for many amateur golfers, as this type of lie often makes it difficult to load properly into the trail heel. However, with the Force Board Pro, you can now practice this difficult position on the range.
This drill focuses on hitting golf shots while ensuring that, despite the uneven lie, you can still load into your trail side by pressing into the inside of your trail heel as soon as the backswing begins.

The Step Back Drill focuses on improving the timing and application of trail leg lateral force, a key component in generating torque and vertical forces later in the golf swing. This drill requires counter-rotation of the club to start, followed by a well-timed step back with the trail foot. As you perform the drill, the pressure should peak on the inside heel of the trail foot very early in the backswing. This will help to build lateral force early and set the foundation for an efficient transition. The coordination of stepping and planting the trail foot is essential for maximizing ground force usage.

Now that you’ve mastered the half-swing, it’s time to progress. As part of our Ground Force Timing Protocol with the Force Board Pro, the Full Swing Shift and Go Drill helps you refine where and when to apply force in your swing.
Feel the shift from your trail to lead side and get your timing perfect! This is just one of over 15 new drills in our growing library!

Today, we break down Trail Foot Force Pedal Smash! This drill is about improving the timing and point of application of trail leg lateral force. For Golfers who struggle with sway in the backswing, it can oftentimes be from not applying force in the correct part of the foot.
The entire drill is broken down here, youtu.be/HZrGeDtW39U
Trail leg lateral force is essential to helping a player prepare for creating large Torque and Vertical Forces later in the golf swing.
1) Set the Force Pedal under the inside of the trail heel
2) Set your SuperSpeed club with some counter rotation in front of your lead foot
3) When you start your backswing, smash into the force pedal with the inside of your trail foot

If you want to optimize the way you use the ground, you have to make sure you are applying force in the correct location! With the help of the @theforcepedal have the “Double Smash Full Swing”
In the backswing, we want the point of application on the inside of the trail heel (where the Orange force pedal is). The timing of this happens as soon as we start the backswing. This is focused on the lateral force
In transition, we want to smash the yellow force pedal! This is our vertical force. This has to happen as soon as we start the transition so the force we generate can get from the ground through to our arms and hands to maximize our ability to generate speed!

The timing of your Lateral Force is a big deal!
As part of our new updated SuperSpeed protocols, we introduce “Skaters!”
Similar to pushing off to change directions when skating, running, etc. we use the inside of our feet to do it. In Golf when talking about lateral forces, we want golfers to understand what part of the foot to use, and that is why we have this drill.
If you are a golfer who sways or slides, there is a good chance that you are getting on the outside of your feet. It affects your golf swing, and your ability to produce power negatively. Give this drill a try, to get it right!

Short Swing Punch Shot Drill
As part of our new ground force drill protocol series coming this spring, we include the Short Swing Punch Shot with @theforcepedal.
Before a golfer can master using the ground in a full swing, we break it down into a shorter swing first and really focus on how and when you are pushing into the ground.

Many golfers struggle to use the ground properly, which can lead to poor contact and a loss of distance.
@theforcepedal is a great tool to make sure that we use the proper point of application on each foot when it comes to applying pressure in the golf swing.
We are introducing several new ground force protocols with the launch of our new SuperSpeed Training App later this year.
