When I read statements like “First Nations communities in Alberta” it is misleading. Nations are not communities, nor are they “in the provinces.” Provinces were created after our Nations. The Provinces are in our Nations’ Territories. This Truth is necessary for Reconciliation.

A publicly funded university in Ontario just declared bankruptcy. Terminated 100 faculty members, even more support staff. Ended over 65 academic programs. The Ontario PC government just sat down and watched it all happen. Did nothing. Let that sink in for a moment.
