But the kicker. He only has to serve 60%, about 9 years, before parole. He’ll be out in 2033, still in his mid 20s. Why don’t we know his name? Queensland’s youth justice laws suppress the identity of juvenile offenders. Even after he pleaded guilty to murdering a defenceless grandmother in front of a child for a cheap hatchback, the public is not allowed to know who he is. The protection is for him, not the victim or her family. This happened under the old laws. The later “adult crime, adult time” changes don’t apply retrospectively, so he escapes the much longer sentence that would now be mandatory. His appeal to cut the sentence further was rejected, but the original term stands. A 70 year old woman is dead. A little girl saw her nanna die. The man who did it gets less than a decade behind bars and lifelong anonymity. That is the system we have. This is Anthony Albanese’s “multicultural melting pot”

This is weak, sad, and insane. There’s a huge difference between Nazi symbols or stickers and actual Nazi actions. Free speech is a human right, including the speech you hate. A 19-year-old faces a $5,000 fine and possible years in jail for stickers saying “Australia for the White man,” while schools and institutions push anti-white narratives with no consequences. Selective enforcement like this creates the extremists it claims to fight. I reject Nazi LARPing for a dead German loser, but this remains indefensible.

I think we’re witnessing the end of an era for bricks and mortar stores. I just went into David Jones to have a browse, and I was the only customer in the store. It's time police starting releasing statistics of ethnic and religious profiles of convicted offenders. Groups such as @BOCSAR have the data. Concealing it insults the public. It should infuriate every activist group that MPs will stand up and solemnly talk about "men" committing this horrific violence, rather than very specific groups who are over-represented in crime statistics. ...And potentially being mass imported.
