Thank you … Very thoughtful of you … Our coaches and players have done a great job … They keep working hard … This year really came down to a bad five week stretch of losses … It can happen to anyone, but we got a lot out of it too … It was a tough period, but they stuck together and fought back well to win 7 of their next 9 games … We are just going through another adjustment period where our Top 30 depth was exposed through injury and our younger kids still need more time … We are recruiting and developing as hard as we can in the Pathways program … We have some really promising individuals coming through … But we can’t rush them just because we have some needs up top … Stick with it Shawn … Our time will come …

Gus I’ve been bolted on for 50 odd years I get the disappointment of fans last season but from where we were 5 years ago is a credit to all at the club. Short memories for some. I sound like a suck up but you guys doing great things and personally looking forward to next season

Buzz became useless when clubs became more professional and his contacts either retired or got moved on, which stopped long lunches & unlimited drinks leading to his stories. He just throws darts at a dartboard these days to guess what his story says. Politis is his only contact!

It’s so funny listening to journalists trying to guess where NRL players are going. They wrong 90% of the time 🤣 Buz has had Burton & Bostock and a few others at a different club every week. Guess he’s covering all bases

TRUE. Recorded rates from police/UNODC data put Israel at roughly 15-18 rapes per 100,000 people in recent years. India’s NCRB figures are about 2-4.5 per 100,000.

If the Greek national team can self fund to get to a World Cup surely other stronger nations can do the same. The thing is I hope we don’t give up on the northern hemisphere nations outside of the status quo.

Well, for a start, Matt Burton didn’t do this. He re-signed with our club for a further 4 seasons. So that’s a ridiculous statement. I’ve never lost a player we wanted to keep. Ever. I hope that continues. I’d hate to lose a player we wanted to keep. But if you think I’m not a man of my word, you are mistaken.

Thank god you have no say in what the Roosters do if Burton did this I doubt very much you’d tell him to leave straight away, you’d make him see out his contract

Cooper Bai has no intention of returning to the Gold Coast for pre-season - triggering a free-market bidding war for his services 💸 And while the Chiefs have tabled a deal, there's interest from two other powerhouse clubs. LATEST ▶️ bit.ly/47BVO1J
