How much time are we giving back to real estate professionals? In my interview published today in idealista/news, I shared the story behind Vericasa and the vision we are building with Verifica. After more than 15 years practicing law, I know how much time goes into chasing documents, checking information, and requesting details that someone has already provided. That experience inspired Phil Williams and me to build a better way. I believe technology should be measured by the time it gives people back and the quality of the decisions it helps them make. With Verifica, we have seen KYC processes that previously took four to six hours completed in around 15 minutes. These results relate specifically to client verification, rather than the entire real estate transaction. That recovered time creates more room to support clients, assess complex situations and grow a business. Responsibility remains central: protecting confidential information, recognizing the limits of AI and ensuring human review where judgment is needed. Got my Octo Health results back and I'll admit they made me smile. Octo Score 91 out of 100. A biological age of 30, at 40. Cortisol and B12 both in the optimal range. By my own count that puts me somewhere in the top 1% of health stats. A couple of years ago I changed a lot of unhealthy habits. I stopped drinking around 2023, and I train four mornings a week at 6:30am. Nothing fancy, just showing up. I must be doing something right. Mostly I'm grateful, and reminded that small habits add up. #Health #Longevity

To all the FUD circling around about data centers being overhyped and overly saturated I say: Data center capacity utilization is at 99% in 2026 per CBRE Group North America Data Center Trends H1 2026, compared to 7% utilization for fiber communication networks at the height of the dot-com buildout in 2000..
