New paper on the management of HR+/HER2- early breast cancer in the genomic era! 🧬
Here are the real-world outcomes on how intermediate-risk (i-ROR) PAM50 patients fit into the new landscape of adjuvant CDK4/6 inhibitors:

In total, nearly half (48.6%) of these intermediate-risk patients met the criteria for at least one adjuvant iCDK4/6. This highlights the need to refine risk stratification and carefully consider adjuvant systemic therapies, like iCDK4/6, even when genomic scores are intermediate
