The Tory party have received unfair criticism this last few weeks. In the interests of balance,I’ve posted some charts below which show performance in various key areas such as life expectancy, the NHS, trade, immigration and the economy 🧵 #GeneralElection2024

An Israeli offensive in Rafah would be catastrophic. It must not go ahead. We need an immediate ceasefire, the immediate release of hostages, and immediate unimpeded aid to Gaza.

Dear @VictoriaAtkins, As #NHS patients, we see firsthand the strain on Junior doctors. Their fight for fair pay is our fight for quality of care. We urgently call on the government to come to the table with @BMA_JuniorDocs & to find a fair resolution.

Funniest thing I’ve seen in a while. Brilliant. I’m a believer.
I asked for a YouTuber to take Vision Pro out and about in NYC. Here it is. Also, notice how Casey discusses what I said about Vision Pro being an answer to smartphones being too isolating. I know it may seem super weird at first, but spatial computing is about blurring lines between tech and your surroundings.

NEW: we need to talk about NHS staff retention. At a time when Britain’s healthcare system is acutely short of workers, *1 in 7* UK-trained doctors are practising overseas. No other developed country is like this, which immediately tells you there’s a problem. Let’s dig deeper:

Hang on, ridiculously long waiting times on a day without strikes? Maybe strikes are the symptom of a wider problem?! 🤔
🏥 6.5 hr wait to see a dr at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth - 156 patients waiting in the dept - definitely not the worst I have seen there. 5.5 hours wait at North Middlesex Hospital in London 6 hours at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich How is it going elsewhere?

Real threat to health standards. This is not a case of entitled workers moaning to preserve their status.
I cannot imagine any exam at medical school - let alone finals having questions at this level from PA finals. I would expect most lay people to get these right. The @DHSCgovuk manoeuvre to roll out 10,000 PAs with poor regulation by @gmcuk and indifference from the Royal Colleges is a major threat to patient safety and may ruin U.K. medicine irreparably @dr_barrett @djnicholl @trishgreenhalgh @DrEilidhMaria @Doc_IonaCollins @ExplosiveEnema @Dr_Done_ @DrSteveTaylor @ShrillaB @mmamas1973 @DrOKaneAgain @MedCrisis

All MPs should show who they're sponsored by. Make it easier to understand where their questions come from or are going to
