2 years later than planned, it finally happened Comrades Marathon FINISHER 🎉 Everything was big: the crowd, the noise and of course the hills! Wasn’t sure what to expect but over the moon to finish the 90km in 8:35:41 well within the 12 hour cutoff!

London Marathon 2021 - a massive PB 3:02:43 😱🎉 I was concerned the experience wouldn’t live up to the amazing atmosphere of 2019 but it was incredible. I managed a 4:00:02 last time so absolutely blown away with the progress! Next up Manchester next week 😊 #LondonMarathon
First wheelchair race yesterday at the @WestminsterMile in Hatfield! Tough course but happy to cross the line first after 2 small crashes. Slightly disappointed in my time of 6:23 but so motivated to improve!

Being an athlete is his full time job, part of that job is to comply with AD rules. Missing tests, especially 3, shows a disregard for the sport. Yes, he’ll miss Tokyo but now he can defend his other titles. Sport needs to be fair, for fans and athletes. bbc.co.uk/sport/athletics/56…
