Checking in at Caldwell Academy this afternoon. Talented group that will be a contender in the NCISAA 2A. Headline by a core group of veteran returners in CJ Jones, Trevor Holland and Mac Atkinson. Jones and Holland should see significant increase in production this season. The addition of Roman Solheim will provide a major impact almost immediately. JJ Tatum, Zayden Pannell and Avery Scales will be key role players to complement their core group.

6’7 2028 Roman Solheim is a big addition to Caldwell Academy. Athletic, skilled forward who has the ability to score inside & out. Finishes above the rim. Active defensively with good timing to block & alter shots. @RomanSolheim #PhenomHoops #NCshowcase

6’7 2028 Roman Solheim is transferring to Caldwell Academy for the 2026-27 season. Solheim is a high motor forward/big who is fundamentally sound. Outworks his opponents, and possesses a very unique game in the post. Incredible footwork. @RomanSolheim

@RomanSolheim had a monster game this afternoon for CP3 (17U) grabbed offensive rebound after offensive rebound and threw down a couple dunks. Really tough guard around the rim. Uses hooks and pump fakes to score. Athletic and as he fills out he will be one to watch for d1s
