The Chinese Embassy's latest statement about me is not a rebuttal. It is a self-portrait. First, the Embassy is now a purveyor of fake news. Its own spokesperson and the FFCCCII said the Chinese teachers left because their families worried about Ray Powell's articles. My name was nowhere. On the "PR stunt," my statement thanked the PLA Navy, contrasted it with how the China Coast Guard treats our fishermen, and asked why a warship was in our EEZ. This is the same Embassy that circulated a garbled translation of my post to claim I "threatened" the Ambassador. Second, the statement proves China does not care about international law. No UNCLOS, no 2016 Award, no legal basis. Instead: Iraq in 2003 and a Pompeo quote. A grievance against Washington does not explain a water cannon fired at a BFAR vessel in July or a survey ship off Batanes without the consent Article 246 requires. Every disclosure I make comes from PCG cameras and crews, not foreign intelligence. Third, this is a mission that threatens rather than engages. The Ambassador said China could "easily win" by force; the DFA summoned him, the President called it a threat. The Embassy then warned of reciprocal action against our officials and answered a legitimate question with "the ignorant are fearless." The Filipinos who actually pay a price are the fishermen water-cannoned at Bajo de Masinloc. My job is to show what our cameras record. If the footage is propaganda, your quarrel is with the footage. The Embassy can attack me all it wants; the cameras will keep rolling.

Any thinking person would see that Sara Duterte is at bare minimum, likely committing tax fraud. BIR Chief of Staff Anne Loraine Garcia-Marquez said the couple made the following cash declarations from 2022 to 2025: As of December 31, 2022: P21,234,980 As of December 31, 2023: P28,971,725 As of December 31, 2024: P15,525,209 This despite the fact that her own bank and corporate records, spending habits and assets greatly surpasses those numbers. Her bank accounts go through hundreds of millions of pesos in transactions each year based on statements by the AMLC and her own banks. The guns they own alone have a combined value of P7 million pesos. You're telling me they have less cash on hand than many upper-middle class people in Metro Manila? The numbers don't add up. She is likely a tax cheat at best, at worst a traitor and plunderer. Lock her up! newsinfo.inquirer.net/232009…

While cooperation and partnership are often emphasized, actions that raise concerns about Philippine national security and sovereign rights deserve public scrutiny. True friendship is built on transparency, mutual respect, and respect for international law—not just diplomatic words. The Filipino people have every right to question actions that affect their country's security and maritime rights. ‘HEALTHCARE SHOULD NOT DEPEND ON WHOM A PATIENT KNOWS’ UPDATE: The Health Professionals Alliance After COVID-19 group urged Congress to abolish the Medical Assistance to Indigent and Financially Incapacitated Patients (MAIF) program, whose proposed 2027 budget was nearly doubled from ₱24 billion to ₱50 billion. The group warned that patients often have to seek politicians' help to access medical assistance, making the program vulnerable to political patronage. Instead, it proposed transferring the funds to PhilHealth so patients can receive assistance based on medical needs rather than political connections. | via Hannah Ty, bnc.ph

If I were in the BBM administration, I will launch a full investigation on the likes of Clarita Carlos, Rommel Banalaoi, Bobi Tiglao and their ilk. Start with their financial records and their tax returns. These traitors need to be treated the way China treats their dissidents.

PCG REPELS FOREIGN FISHING VESSEL FROM TERRITORIAL SEA OF PAG-ASA ISLAND The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) successfully drove away an unauthorized foreign fishing vessel from the territorial sea of Pag-asa Island, Kalayaan Island Group, on 25 October 2026. In the morning of the same date, PCG personnel stationed on Pag-asa Island monitored the foreign fishing vessel lying approximately 2.7 nautical miles west of the island, in the vicinity of Sandy Cay, well within its 12-nautical-mile territorial sea. The PCG immediately issued radio challenges directing the vessel to leave the area. In the afternoon, the PCG deployed High-Speed Response Boat HSRB-019 with a law enforcement team on board. Upon reaching the vessel, the team issued verbal challenges through loudhailer, informing the vessel that fishing within the territorial sea of Pag-asa Island is not permitted and directing it to vacate the area. The PCG team did not stop at merely dislodging the vessel from its position. HSRB-019 escorted the vessel at a safe distance while continuing to issue warnings until it was driven away outside the territorial sea of Pag-asa Island. HSRB-019 then returned to the island without any untoward incident. During the operation, China Coast Guard Vessel 21581 and two (2) of its rigid-hull inflatable boats, which have been maintaining a presence in the vicinity of Pag-asa Island, tailed HSRB-019 and closely observed the conduct of the PCG's law enforcement activities. The PCG team carried out the operation unhindered. The PCG notes that the China Coast Guard has no lawful authority to exercise any policing role within the territorial sea of Pag-asa Island, and its persistent presence in these waters is being closely monitored and documented. This is the seventh operation conducted by the PCG in less than four weeks to drive away foreign vessels from the Kalayaan Island Group, following the repelling of Chinese Maritime Militia Vessel (CMMV) 9622 and its sampans from Kota Island on 28 September and 09 October 2026, five (5) foreign fishing vessels from Kota Island on 11 October 2026, Chinese fishing vessel YUETAIYU 63168 and its four small boats from Lawak Island on 15 October 2026, a foreign fishing vessel from Kota Island on 18 October 2026, and a foreign fishing vessel from Lawak Island on 23 October 2026. Pag-asa Island is the seat of the Municipality of Kalayaan, Province of Palawan, and home to a Filipino civilian community. Under international law, the Philippines exercises full sovereignty over its territorial sea, where no foreign vessel may fish without authorization. Such activities likewise constitute violations of Philippine laws, including the Philippine Fisheries Code and the Philippine Maritime Zones Act. Under the leadership of PCG Commandant Vice Admiral Rommel Supangan, the PCG will deploy additional High-Speed Response Boats to the Kalayaan Island Group to further strengthen its capability to respond swiftly to intrusions, and will sustain its presence and vigilance in the area. This operation was carried out in accordance with the guidance of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., who, in his State of the Nation Address on 27 July 2026, vowed that the Philippines will not surrender or waver in defending its territory and maritime rights in the West Philippine Sea, in adherence to international law and the 2016 Arbitral Award.

Great news!!!
The US Department of War has designated Confucius Institutes as a threat to American national security. Secretary Hegseth said 80 of them reappeared across 30 universities under different names, with the same mission: to infiltrate the minds of students. The same is happening here in the Philippines. We host Confucius Institutes at various universities, each with a co-director sent from China. Retired Justice Carpio warned in 2022 that they can propagate the falsehood of the nine-dash line. Beijing's campaign against the Philippines is not waged only at sea. It is also waged in classrooms. If our closest treaty ally sees these institutions as a national security threat, it is time we ask the same hard questions.🤔

What the CCP wants is for the PH PH to: 1. Stay silent while they abuse us, just like what they do to theor citizens and other nations they have a border dispute with 2. Control the narrative and spread lies, just like what they do. DDS trolls are traitors.
Telling the world about China's violations is not escalating tension. It is standing up for our rights.🇵🇭

CARLOS QUESTIONS WHETHER LOCAL OFFICIALS ALLOWED REEF ACTIVITIES FOR MONEY Former National Security Adviser Dr. Clarita Carlos argues that activities on reefs in the West Philippine Sea could not take place without the explicit permission of Philippine officials. Speaking on #TheSpokes, she questions whether local executives, including governors or mayors, allowed activities involving the excavation of sand around reefs, alleging that money may have influenced those decisions. Her remarks place the focus on accountability among local and national officials. A Taiwanese comedian spent 2.5 minutes mocking Xi Jinping on stage. Prosecutors say a Chinese handler paid $14,000 to have his arms and legs broken. Taiwan indicted five men on October 21 for staging a fake car accident against comedian Huang Yihao. Prosecutors say a Chinese individual identified only as “K” offered NT$450,000 to a former private investigator to track Huang and make sure he was hospitalized, too injured to perform. The investigator allegedly put a GPS tracker on his scooter, mapped his routine, and passed the details to K. The job was then subcontracted down a chain of local men. On September 11, a car hit Huang near his home. He suffered only a bruised pelvis. K reportedly refused to pay the remaining NT$200,000 because the injury wasn’t severe enough. This was the second attack in four months. In May, hours before a show, his venue was hit with paint bags mixed with feces. Prosecutors concluded that was also directed by a Chinese individual as “cross-border repression.” Prosecutors are seeking sentences of up to 5.5 years and say the case shows Beijing using local collaborators and violence to create a chilling effect inside a democracy. Taiwan’s Mainland Affairs Council says current laws don’t fully cover surveillance and injury directed from abroad, and is calling for amendments. Huang’s own reflection: he gained a new understanding of the fear people feel under CCP rule.

CARLOS SAYS BEIJING WANTS THE PHILIPPINES TO LEAN LESS TOWARD THE US Former National Security Adviser Dr. Clarita Carlos says she does not believe China wants to go to war with the Philippines, but argues that Beijing is concerned about Manila’s close alignment with Washington.
