Alberta Separation:
Mark Carney is the single most influential person who can revive (or kill) the Alberta separation movement.
If he manages the economy well and restores personal freedoms, the movement will fizzle out.
If he makes terrible economic decisions and further erodes personal freedoms, he will energize it.
The only reliable way to control public debt and avoid collapse is faster real GDP growth that outpaces interest costs and new borrowing. AI and robotics are the most powerful available drivers of the productivity gains needed to deliver that growth.
Many who have "Free Palestine" on their profile, are Nazis. Literally Hitler fans who want to exterminate all the Jews kind of Nazis.
Here is a short exchange where I exposed a fake "pro-Palestinian" "humanist" to be a genocidal literal Nazi.
Hey Alberta...
We have the energy. They don’t.
That’s why 90% of Canada’s AI data centers are planned for Alberta.
Sovereign AI isn’t a slogan. It’s gas turbines, uranium, and compute we own—before Ottawa or California decides the rules for us.
The referendum was a warning. The window is short. Build or remain a colony.
They might just as well put swastikas. Like their Hamas friends in Gaza do.
#REPORT: Pro-Palestine activists in the United Kingdom are promoting a "Palestine Poppy" to replace the traditional poppy in the lead-up to Remembrance Day.
Countries always try to influence other countries politics.
US Embassy in Ottawa publishes factsheet accusing Canadian politicians of trying to influence American politics, sharpening a dispute over whether Ottawa's anti-tariff campaign has crossed into election interference.
The document titled "Monitoring Canadian Activities in U.S. Politics," was posted by the embassy on X.

Four key questions:
1. What is the probability that superintelligence is an existential risk? (P(Doom))
2. What is the probability that humanity goes extinct from other causes (nuclear war, nanotech, pandemic, asteroid, etc.)?
3. Can superintelligence lower the extinction risk from those other causes?
4. Can superintelligence be aligned so that overall existential risk is reduced?

Danielle Smith just said she will honor the ~75% “remain” vote and hold no more separation referendums while she is Premier.
That’s the easy part.
The hard part: 25% of Albertans—heavily concentrated in rural Alberta—just told Ottawa that treating our energy as a bargaining chip has a cost.
We have the gas, uranium, cold climate, and the queue for gigawatts of AI data-center demand. Most other places face blackouts, moratoriums, or multi-year permitting delays. We don’t.
Smith says she will pursue the reforms Albertans approved. The real test is whether Ottawa actually moves on equalization, energy rules, and immigration control—or just offers more words.
Stay in Canada.
Stop acting like a colony.
What should Smith demand first?
