Oops. How could this happen? Just as I said, good luck keeping the organization out of the partner system with three open qual's a year. How can people want to believe in their own nonsense so much that they didn't realize where all this was leading for over half a year.
[SOURCES] VCT 2027 Roster Rules:
-Academy teams will no longer be allowed
-Game Changers teams could potentially face their main teams in Open Qualifiers
-Teams must have at least 3/5 players from their home region
-Partnered teams with existing non-compliant rosters could receive an exemption if they are selected as partners again
-Minimum age lowered to 17 years old

Hi everyone, this is gonna be bigger post than usual because there are more things to talk about
firstly I would like to mention that I am still actively looking for team as Head Coach/Assistant Coach/Analyst for 2026 season, I am opened to VCT/Challengers teams in EMEA and other regions (both remotely as well being able to relocate if needed)
this year I made playoffs with 2 different unsigned teams and I am really confident in my skills to lead the team, share my vision and reach success in long-term project
I am not losing my passion even though this year was kinda tough for me
so if you are looking for responsible, creative and intelligent person with rational and strategy-build mind who has solid game knowledge and is focused on team improvement, make sure to reach me out!
second thing is I started to look at private coaching some time ago, I had few students already and it felt productive and natural

в принципі, абсолютно все те, що було мною описано англійською вище, воно має місце й тут, просто заняття будуть відбуватися рідною мовою + дуже хотілося б набрати достатню кількість людей для групових занять, щоб якісніше тренувати комунікацію та інші аспекти саме командної ігри
