600,000 Americans will get their jobs back or recent grads will get their first job just by ending unauthorized H4 EAD work visa today
Does anyone know the due date for this proposal, to end H4 EAD visa(H1B spouse). This visa never approved by congress
It shouldn’t fall under the definition of license.
Work authorization is not a license, licenses are state level not at federal
Work authorization is based on visa programs, is not an independent program by itself
Visa program are not enacted with auto renewals
Follow the law
Work Authorization is “permission” to work; thus, it should fall under the definition of a “license” under 5 USC 551(8). When you timely apply for a renewal of a “license,” under 5 USC 558(c), the rights and privileges accorded by the previous license—think work authorization—are automatically extended until a final decision is made on the underlying renewal application. So, the regulatory auto-extension of 240 days of work authorization for #H1B is actually an LIMIT on work authorizations for timely filed #H1B renewals. I would argue it is indeed an UNLAWFUL regulatory limit on a statutory right. A decision deeming the 240-day extension unlawful would end gaps in work authorizations for #H1B renewals because the extension for work authorization would last until @USCIS made a final decision on the renewal application. This would be GREAT for American businesses and workers because it would prevent disruptions in their labor force of their companies, vendors, or customers.
Only if you haven’t fought for H1B that hard.
Trying to have it all at the expense of the American people is how you get destroyed.
My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

Texas is giving control of its water supply to an Israel company called IDE.
This is part of a larger scheme to co-mingle American infrastructure to Israel, as to make it impossible for the U.S. to ever divest.
The head of the project, Mark Ellison literally said: “We haven’t changed the star on the Texas flag to the Star of David yet, but who knows.”

🚨 CAPGEMINI JUST RELEASED ITS EARNINGS.
417,500 employees worldwide.
275,600 work OFFSHORE. That's 66%.
North American revenue? €1.84 BILLION in just three months, growing 18%.
And Capgemini is already under a federal PERM suspension.
Here's my question:
How many Americans does Capgemini actually employ, and how much of the work paid for by American customers is being shipped offshore?

The most important economic statistic is not GDP.
It’s how many 30-year-old men are married and own their home.

20+ Cops swarmed me and escorted me out of the building.
The crowd cheered because they're a bunch of brainwashed sheep supporting their corrupt city council who is silencing their input process.
Sorry for the crappy audio - for some odd reason only my speech was cutting out on the video. Next time I'll be sure to wear my own mic to capture the audio.

EXCLUSIVE: University Hockey Captain Killed in Wrong Way Collision With Twice-Deported Mexican Illegal in Sanctuary Connecticut
A beloved member of the University of New Haven community was killed in a head-on collision with a driver who is in the U.S. illegally, federal authorities have confirmed with Border Hawk.
The tragedy unfolded at around 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 16 in North Haven, Connecticut.
Ryan O’Shea, 21, was driving southbound on Interstate 91 when a pickup truck traveling in the wrong direction slammed into his Honda Accord, causing his vehicle to strike two SUVs, Connecticut State Police (CSP) explained in an accident summary.
O’Shea, who was on his way back to campus after playing in a hockey game, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the pickup truck, who suffered “serious life-threatening injuries,” was identified as 31-year-old Guillermo Carmona-Lopez, a resident of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
“In May 2013, Border Patrol arrested Carmona-Lopez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, after he illegally entered the country. Carmona-Lopez was issued an expedited removal and was removed from the country,” the Department of Homeland Security told us.
“He then illegally reentered the country near the Rio Grande Valley after being removed—a felony—and was once again arrested by Border Patrol in May 2013. Carmona-Lopez was issued a final order of removal on May 30, 2013. He then reentered the country at an unknown time and place.”
It is currently unclear if Carmona-Lopez will face charges in connection with the crash.
A resident of Stony Point, New York, O’Shea served as senior assistant captain of the university’s club hockey team and also chapter president of the Kappa Sigma fraternity.
He was studying criminal justice with a concentration in police science and aspired to work for the New York Police Department.
“Ryan was not only a great leader, but he was a caring friend to anyone around him. He always knew how to light up a room and make people laugh, no matter the time. Ryan’s leadership and the memories he has made will never be forgotten,” Kappa Sigma wrote in an Instagram post memorializing O’Shea.
Ryan’s sisters said he “always found a way to make everything positive.”
“He was always trying to go out of the way to help others and include them in new spaces if they didn’t know anyone,” Kiera O’Shea stated.
Two memorial scholarships have been established in Ryan O’Shea’s name. Contributions can be made here.
We contacted CSP to request more information on this investigation and Carmona-Lopez’s current condition and will provide updates if they become available.

Folks, USCIS revoked or terminated status for 2.2 million. Good.
Now the hard part. A revoked status doesn't put anyone on a plane.
Paper Pink Slips aren't deportations. Agents are. Not just ice. Border Patrol is needed in the interior or this is just a press release
Revoked, or removed?
America is for Americans.
“Since President Donald Trump’s second inauguration, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has worked to revoke or terminate the status of roughly 2.2 million illegal immigrants, the Department of Homeland Security told The Daily Wire.”
