All of Nigeria's problems started May 29th 2023. Before then, OMG, Nigeria and Nigerians were living like kings and queens.
Protesters in Barcelona, Spain looted shops and set fire to street furniture around the city’s central Plaza de Catalunya in an anti-establishment rally on Saturday.
Europe is facing a wave of public anger, with demonstrators protesting over housing and living costs across the continent, including in France, Albania, Belgium and Italy.

Jensen closed his GTC Berlin 2026 keynote with this Hermes Agent demo as the finale.
He introduced it by saying the way to build an agent is to ask an agent to build it for you, so he installed and set up a customized Hermes in one prompt.
Then he used Hermes, running on @nvidia RTX Spark, to create a simulated training environment for the @huggingface Microduck. Hermes planned an obstacle course with Nemotron and had GPT-6 Astra build it using FreeCAD, Omniverse libraries, Blender, Newton, and Isaac Lab. Hermes trained thousands of simulated ducks on that course until the validated policy was ready to run on the real robot in the physical world.

In my interview with ARISE News, I was clear: a fuel tax is not on the table.
"Having removed the fuel subsidy, it would be insensitive for government to impose a fuel tax at this time."
Some online reports have since twisted this message into a claim that government plans to introduce fuel taxes. That is FAKE NEWS.
Please disregard the misleading headlines and watch my remarks on the issue here: youtu.be/kybmEVAPLB8?si=GkFz…

Taiwo Oyedele: Investors Have Written Off Nigeria's Opposition as 'Unserious' on Fuel Subsidy
Any agenda to reverse the reforms of the Tinubu administration will signal the departure of capital. When capital leaves, FX will struggle and the naira will crash; even the fuel they want to subsidize they will beg for N1,400 per litre.
