Military and first responders share a unique bond. Different uniforms, different missions, but the same commitment to service, sacrifice, and protecting others. Thank y'all for everything you do to keep our communities safe. Happy National First Responders Day!
Today, on National First Responders Day, I want to thank the men and women who serve our communities in law enforcement, fire, EMS, and dispatch.
I'm so thankful for those that answer the call and look out for others.
Thank you for your dedication, your sacrifices, and everything you do to keep our community safe!

Deployment, crisis, and peace. I've led through all three.
And through it all, I've held myself to the highest standards of personal and fiscal accountability.
That's exactly what I'll bring to College Station City Council. Responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars, transparency in decisions, and accountability to the people who matter most a a council member: the residents of College Station.

One of my favorite parts of this campaign has been getting to talk with residents across College Station. I've heard concerns, answered questions, and learned more about the things people love about our city.
While I've had the chance to answer a lot of questions, I know there are probably still some out there.
So, what would you like to know? Whether it's about my campaign, my experience, or what I'd bring to City Council, I'd love to hear from you.
Feel free to leave a question below or send me a message. I'm always happy to have a conversation!

"I am so proud of you! I've seen firsthand how much time, heart, and dedication you've poured into this campaign, and I'm so glad I got to cast my vote for you today.
I know how much you care about this city and the people who call it home. I know how much Aggieland means to you and to our family, and I couldn't be prouder of you for stepping up to make a difference. No matter what happens, I'm so proud of the work you've done and the heart you've put into it! ❤️"
Megan and I fully endorse @roymayforcs for College Station City Council Place 1.

Being a yell leader was a lifelong dream come true. Representing Texas A&M in front of the university, country and even to the world was so special to me. It meant a lot to me to serve TAMU in this capacity, and I will never forget how special those times were. 👍
🥰
If you count my two Yell Leader campaigns at Texas A&M, this makes campaign number three. And through all three, there's been one constant. My wife.
Campaigns mean long days, late nights, missed dinners, and me running in ten different directions. Through it all, she's been right there, supporting me, encouraging me, and putting up with everything that comes with it.
She's been there for the wins, frustrations, and more than a few crazy ideas. My name may be on the signs, but none of this happens without her.
I've been fortunate to do some pretty incredible things, but having her beside me through it all is something I'll never take for granted.
Three campaigns later, she's still my biggest supporter. And I'm still the lucky one.
Love you, babe. Thanks for putting up with another campaign. I'll try to give you a few years before the next one.

Did I get slightly emotional writing this? Yes, but that was intentional. Has it also been a tremendous honor to walk with my best friend through the past few months? Also yes.
Proud of you @RoyMay15. Always.
"I got to vote for my best friend today. Roy was my first boss after A&M. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to know him as a boss, a business owner, a leader, and, eventually, a friend.
So when I say I believe in Roy, it isn’t because I read his campaign website (I helped build it, so I guarantee I've read it)... I’ve watched him work. I’ve seen his integrity firsthand, how he treats people, and how seriously he takes the things he commits himself to. He's a man of integrity, wit and wisdom.
One thing I’ve always respected about Roy is his willingness to ask questions. He doesn’t pretend to know everything. He’s willing to dig deeper, listen to people who know more than he does, and ask the hard questions when something doesn’t make sense.
I know the guy behind the campaign. I know his character, his work ethic, and his heart for service. That’s why I trust him to show up, do the work, and serve College Station well.
I’m proud to support my friend Roy May for College Station City Council, Place 1.
That’s why I support Roy. If you’re supporting him too, I’d love to hear why. What made you choose Roy?"
