Safer ground with 'Hand of God' ...

It's like Southgate is still the coach. Norway playing us off the pitch and extremely well paid English defenders like rabbits in headlights. The only glimmer of hope is that Tuchel won't be afraid of shaking the team up with substitutions when we inevitably go behind

Nice to see England back to their old ways. Plus ca change....

The aircon is never any good. It was very much an afterthought! It's amazing how much shopping you can fit under the hood, let alone on the rear seats when they're dropped flat. I even got a small fridge in the rear of one of my 3.2 cabs.

I rate the 2.6, especially with Sportline which deals with the extra weight of the engine better than standard suspension. The 1.8 and 2 litre engines really have to work hard off the line whereas the 2.6 makes that effortless

How much was it? I tend to burn the cheap ones out!

Elements of an Evo 1 but the AMG badge probably suggests it's more likely a standard 190 with bodykit

@gigaclear once again exposing their one major flaw. When you expand by acquisition or organic growth, your team needs to expand too with priority given to support team numbers. I'm number 36 in a queue because a power cut has almost certainly knocked out the box

In $ yes. That was my point about Westmonts. 14 (possibly 15) built but don't seem to be as highly valued as Affalterbach cars

I recall you and I talking about them heading that way, even the Westmonts...at the time the car I had the chance to broker was ahead of that curve. Now it doesn't seem so outlandish! Mind you, I learnt a lot about how anal US collectors are about these cars!

It was more about the aging metric TR Xs on it. Hard as rock and not cheap to replace.

I agree. But at £22,500 I had plenty of marginal in it

The 308 was released in 1976. Look how pure its lines were. My Vetro was simply Beautiful. Not a line out of place. To be fair, Ferrari had to try to disguise the bigger footprint of the Mondial. It's very colour sensitive. This ex Japan car passed through my hands in 2021.

Those cars have no wrong lines. The Mondial still has fussy details and it wasn't until the colour coded sills, buttresses and bumpers came with the T that it looked more cohesive

Much easier than 348 and 355. The 360 has an access panel that means engine out isn't necessary. You can remove the fuel tank on the 355 and keep the engine in situ, but the cam covers always need refinishing at the same time which is easy when the engine is out

Who looked after it? A specialist closing down isn't good news

The Ts share the expensive servicing costs of the 348 and 355.

Did your electric boot and bonnet releases both still work? These are the only things that I think are irritating on the QV. Aside from that, they are solid, reliable, relatively simple cars that use components proven on the 308 and 328 series cars which themselves are proven
