REITs had their time but I’m still not putting my money in something that returned 25% less across the last 15 years.

Whatever is indicated on this chart. Probably all Int’l but that still doesn’t give me enough reason yet.

In the last 15 years, EM led exactly 1 time over other asset classes. They were the worst performing 5 different years and trailed cash in 2 others. Enjoy diversifying into the historically worst performer.
