Meet Colin Bell DFC.
He flew 50 raids over Germany in WWII.
He raises money for charity so tirelessly aged 103 he has just been awarded an BEM in the #NewYearHonours 👏👏
He is the voice of the Bomber Command Monument in my upcoming book: Lest We Forget.
He is a living legend.

Devastating news that Newcastle trainer Sam Kavanagh has died after a battle with cancer.
Sam had a turbulent training career but owned his mistakes and was rebuilding successfully. I'm proud to have called him a friend.
Much love to Kelly and Sienna this sad morning.

Another reason to listen to @bridlepodcast (apart from the delights of Sir Mark) is that you might have bought a share in EVE LODGE. Seriously exciting filly looks very smart on debut, running on eyecatchingly having met trouble in running. Really smart prospect
