JUST IN: 🇬🇧 🇮🇷 Iran has officially designated the British military as a Terrorist Organisation.
Under Keir Starmer and now Andy Burnham the British military has taken part in the illegal and unjust war against Iran that is also destroying our economy.
In response to this Iran has said they will retaliate against UK.
They have also designated MI6 as a hostile group.

Remember when Israel forced the British Government to ban him from entering and they had to cancel one of the biggest music festivals in the country as a result, losing millions in taxable revenue. Good times.

I really can't exaggerate how alarmingly authoritarian it is that it always turns out that the left can't have a party actually. Sorry you did it the wrong way actually. Says so here in the rulebook.

This is the slightly more genteel, Green Party version of what the PLP, Labour Together and the party bureaucracy did to Corbyn.
This isn't complicated. If every time large numbers of, primarily young, idealistic people become enthused by politics and seek to engage in the political process you tell them go away, you are not wanted and call them entryists - it is really, really bad for democracy.

Looks like the 'criminal threshold' depends on whether you're the wife of the national security adviser or not.
UK policing descends into a rather sinister farce.
ARRESTED WITH SARAH HELM'S WORDS
A woman has just been arrested outside the US Embassy in London for holding a sign with words mirroring the ones that the National Security Advisor's wife tweeted, and for which @metpoliceuk declared "did not meet the criminal threshold".

This is an absurd and outrageous decision.
What kind of society are we living in where world-renowned authors and campaigners are treated as enemies and threats? The real threat is this government’s assault on freedom of expression.
This is not an isolated incident — and the government should know that it is gaining a bad reputation for censorship and repression.
We know why the government has taken this decision: because it wants to silence criticism of Israel, as well as its own complicity in genocide. It will not succeed.
The leading advocate for climate justice and Palestinian rights has been blocked from coming to the UK by the Home Office. Politicians, academics and writers have condemned this outrageous act of censorship.
