It's called a Tobii Dynavox Eye Gaze.
The family is distraught and it's of no use to anyone else.

Just a side note from the game. Liam Scales lost possession 20 times, the most in the team. On comparison CCV lost it once. Scales passed the ball out the park twice under no real pressure. That’s happening nearly every game now and needs addressed. Given the ball away needlessly drains energy from the team and stops you building any momentum. At this level you simply cannot do that.
