The phrase "Patriots in control" (or "Patriots are in control") originated in early QAnon drops on 4chan starting October 2017. Q used it repeatedly (e.g., drops 4, 2254, 3387) to claim military and political "patriots" held secret power over events against a deep-state cabal. It became a core reassurance slogan in that community. Hegseth's post echoes it directly.
