I just can't wrap my head around the fact that @SumUp ONLY does credit card machines & they can't issue a return to a client (purchase to return less than 24 hours), it might take weeks, involves international wire transfers and costs the business hundreds of €. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL IMMEDIATE TRANSFER to SumUps bank account in Germany. €50 in bank fees to make this happen. Sent an email to [email protected] the moment I sent them the transfer asking for a receipt for my client to show her this is in process.

NO ANSWER. Sent another email to @SumUp España today. NO ANSWER. Called, spent 1 hour on the phone. This is the @SumUp process. There is no timeline or proof I can send my client that the return is in process. Literal quote "It will happen when it happens."
