This is a major difference between the H1B and H2B programs. H2B workers are paid the Level 3 wage which is the average wage for the occupation. H2B workers do not undercut the labor market - in fact - since most of the jobs are entry level jobs, they raise wages for U.S. workers

There is no contradiction between Trump saying he wants to hire and buy American and his businesses use of the H2B program. They are in 100% alignment.

Why is @LIUNA sending mailers to H2B workers encouraging them to vote? H2B workers are non-citizens and are ineligible to vote. Numerous employers report that all their workers received this mailer.
