⚠️Heat Advisory has been extended through Thursday for the interior due to hazardous heat and limited recovery. Stay hydrated, take breaks in the shade, and never leave people or pets in unattended vehicles! #CAwx
A Heat Advisory has been extended through 10 PM Thursday for the inland Bay Area and Central Coast through Wednesday due to high temperatures in the middle 90s to near 105. Mild overnight lows and weak onshore flow will limit overnight relief. Drink plenty of water or sports drinks, shift outdoor activities to cooler times of the day, take frequent breaks in air conditioned spaces or the shade, and never leave people or pets in unattended vehicles!

Hot weather can cause dehydration and heat-related illness. Seniors and adults can have different dehydration symptoms than children and infants. Look out for common signs to keep you and your family safe.
