Had a great day yesterday teaching the staff and volunteers of @Mansions_Future in Lincoln. We had so much have fun doing the one day Emergency First Aid at a Work course and pleased to say they now have 10 incredible people ready to help anyone who has an accident.

My little 3 year old goes with his amazing childminder to a care home every week. He lived to sing songs with them and he always says he shakes their hands and plays games with them. #LooseWomen

Had a great morning @lincbizclub today. I delivered a talk and demonstration on how a defibrillator works. I am running an open Emergency First Aid course on Saturday 9th June with about 6 places left if you would like to come along please let me know.

I will be holding talks at 2 up coming networking events in Lincoln all about how an AED (Defibrillator) works and just how safe they are! If you are in cardiac arrest and there is no AED you have 6% chance of survival...... if there is an AED you could have up to 76% chance!
