The Saint Louis University Interprofessional Education welcomes Patricia Bagsby-Eader PhD back to SLU in a new role as Interprofessional Education Program Coordinator where she will lead the IPE 4900 Interprofessional Community Practicum course and support relationships with partners in St. Louis. She will also help lead program operations, pedagogy, assessment and faculty development across collaborative learning experiences that engage with over 1000 SLU students every year.
A three-time SLU graduate, Tricia has experienced the University as a student, adjunct faculty member, professor and academic leader. Her SLU career has crossed disciplines and campuses — from Psychology and the School for Professional Studies to five years in the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business, where she held leadership roles and served as the Medart Endowed Professor in Family Business.
After stepping away from the University in 2025 for an opportunity to return to industry, she returns to SLU in a role that brings together many of the threads that have defined her career: Industrial-Organizational Psychology, healthcare, education, leadership and organizational development, and a commitment to creating programs that improve outcomes for people and communities.
Welcome Dr. Bagsby-Eader!
