Doris Yin: Europe Must Unite to Overcome the Debt Crisis — Learn from South Korea and Build a New Financial Future Europe is facing a serious challenge. France and several other European countries are struggling with high public debt, persistent budget deficits, rising borrowing costs, and growing social tensions. The recent student protests in France, which have spread to other European countries, began with concerns about education funding, school conditions, and the cost of living. These concerns deserve attention. However, we must also understand the deeper economic pressures facing governments. When a country carries enormous debt, the government cannot simply spend more money indefinitely without considering how that spending will be financed. Interest payments consume public resources that could otherwise support education, healthcare, infrastructure, and social services. France's borrowing costs have risen sharply, with its 10-year government bond yield exceeding 5% in October 2026. Its fiscal challenges have become more difficult amid political divisions and delays in passing the national budget. This is precisely when a nation needs unity, clear thinking, and responsible action—not escalating conflict that makes an already difficult situation worse. 1. Protest Alone Cannot Solve a Debt Crisis When governments face financial pressure, difficult decisions must be made. Pension reform, public spending, taxation, employment, and economic growth are all interconnected. France has struggled to advance pension reform, including the proposal to raise the retirement age from 62 to 64. Such changes are controversial because they affect people's lives. Nevertheless, when populations age and the number of retirees grows relative to the working population, pension systems face increasing pressure. We must recognize a fundamental economic reality: a country cannot permanently solve its financial problems simply by demanding more spending while ignoring its ability to generate revenue. Violence, destruction, prolonged political paralysis, and declining investor confidence can make recovery more difficult. When investors demand higher interest rates to lend to a government, the cost of servicing public debt rises, placing even greater pressure on public finances. The answer is not to ignore people's concerns. It is to address those concerns while confronting the country's economic reality honestly and responsibly. 2. Learn from South Korea: Turn Crisis into Collective Action When I traveled to South Korea, my tour guide told me about the Korean people's response to the 1997 Asian financial crisis. During that difficult period, millions of Koreans voluntarily contributed their gold jewelry—including wedding rings and other treasured possessions—to help the country address its foreign debt and currency crisis. This became known as the national gold-collection campaign. It demonstrated the extraordinary power of collective responsibility. The campaign alone did not resolve the crisis. South Korea also undertook major financial and corporate restructuring and worked to restore international confidence. Yet the people's willingness to act together remains a powerful lesson for the world. When a nation faces a serious crisis, its citizens must understand the situation, work together, and contribute to economic recovery in practical ways. We should learn from this spirit: instead of allowing disagreements to divide society further, people can unite to improve productivity, strengthen businesses, create employment, develop new industries, and build a stronger economic future. 3. The World Needs a New Financial Paradigm The challenges facing France are not unique. Many countries are dealing with high debt, rising living costs, economic uncertainty, and pressure on public finances. These problems invite us to think beyond conventional approaches and explore new ways to create economic value, expand participation, and strengthen cooperation. As the founder and chairperson of the Global GCV Movement, I believe that Pi Network offers pioneers an opportunity to participate in building a new economic ecosystem. Pi's vision deserves to be studied seriously. Through learning, practical participation, merchant adoption, and the development of useful applications, pioneers can help advance a community-driven economic model. Every Pioneer Can Contribute We have pioneers across Europe and around the world. Many people have a mobile phone and can dedicate just one minute each day to learning, sharing knowledge, and supporting the development of the Pi ecosystem. Imagine what we can accomplish when millions of people work consistently toward a shared vision. We can educate more citizens about economic participation, encourage merchant adoption, support practical applications, and help communities understand the opportunities offered by emerging digital economies. We must also recognize that meaningful economic progress requires real productivity, useful services, responsible participation, and sustainable economic activity. A better future will not be built by waiting, complaining, or fighting endlessly. It will be built by people who learn, cooperate, create value, and take action. France and Europe need solutions that strengthen their economies and restore confidence. The world needs more cooperation, greater economic participation, and new approaches to creating value. Let us learn from South Korea's spirit of unity, recognize the challenges facing our societies, and work together toward a new financial future. Doris Yin Wisdom Talk #18 The Danger of Blind Personal Worship Blind personal worship is extremely dangerous! I am very glad to see that at least two pioneers have finally begun to think for themselves. True awakening does not mean blindly believing in someone. It means learning to think independently, distinguish right from wrong, and make sound judgments. Why do some people desperately try to attract traffic and gain followers? Because attention can become a tool for manipulating others. They tell you exactly what you want to hear and show you what you want to see. Gradually, they make you addicted to their content and dependent on them. Once you lose your ability to think independently, it becomes much easier for them to deceive you and lead you by the nose. This is how scammers operate: they exploit your preferences, feed you what you want to hear, and gradually manipulate your thinking until you become easy to control. That is why I am genuinely happy to see a few pioneers finally starting to use their brains. It means they are waking up, learning to evaluate situations independently instead of blindly worshipping another person. Remember: Truly wise people never surrender their judgment to anyone else. OFFICIAL GCV COMMUNITY NOTICE Ambassador Responsibilities, Technical Support, and Pi Wallet Security Dear GCV Pioneers, To protect Pioneers' assets, maintain the reputation of the GCV community, and clarify the responsibilities of GCV Ambassadors, please observe the following principles. 1. GCV Ambassadors Must Not Handle Sensitive Technical Operations GCV Ambassadors are not responsible for providing technical assistance with KYC or other sensitive account operations. We cannot guarantee that every individual has the necessary technical knowledge, good intentions, or trustworthy background. Someone could misuse the reputation of a GCV Ambassador to gain Pioneers' trust and obtain access to their wallet information. This could result in asset losses and damage the reputation of both GCV Ambassadors and the entire community. Therefore, GCV Ambassadors must not request, collect, or access Pioneers' wallet passphrases or other confidential information. 2. Serious Technical Issues Must Be Reported Through Official Channels If a serious technical issue occurs or has already resulted in losses, Pioneers should contact the official Pi Network support team through the Support option in the Pi application. Confidential information must be submitted only through officially designated secure channels. GCV leaders and Ambassadors must not independently investigate or handle such sensitive matters. These issues should be referred to the appropriate official support channels. 3. Consult Chat Room Moderators About General Operational Questions For general questions about using the Pi application, Pioneers may consult Chat Room Moderators. They are appointed by the project team and receive relevant training to help answer many common operational questions. GCV Ambassadors must understand the boundaries of their responsibilities and should not take on technical support duties beyond their authorized roles. 4. Buy and Sell Pi Only Through KYB-Verified Platforms Permitted by the Project If Pioneers wish to buy or sell Pi, they should use exchange markets that are permitted by the project and have undergone KYB verification. Do not participate in other exchange markets that have not been recognized or authorized by the project. Their security cannot be guaranteed. Always verify the legitimacy of the trading platform and exercise caution before conducting transactions. Do not put your assets at unnecessary risk by blindly trusting recommendations from others. 5. Never Disclose Your Wallet Passphrase Every Pioneer must remember this fundamental rule: NEVER SHARE YOUR WALLET PASSPHRASE WITH ANYONE! Whether the person is a GCV Ambassador, group administrator, technical support provider, merchant, or someone claiming to help you, never disclose your wallet passphrase. Anyone who obtains your passphrase may be able to control your wallet and access your assets. Never send it to another person or enter it into an unverified website or suspicious link. 6. Respect Responsibilities and Do Not Handle Matters Beyond Your Authority Many technical issues and personal transactions after the Open Network launch are beyond the authority and capabilities of the GCV community to manage directly. We should not assume responsibilities that we are neither authorized nor equipped to handle, and we should not create unnecessary anxiety over matters outside our control. The responsibility of the GCV community is to educate Pioneers, promote asset security, and guide everyone toward the appropriate support channels. Buying and selling Pi: Use exchange markets permitted by the project and verified through KYB. Wallet security: Never disclose your wallet passphrase. Doris Yin’s Wisdom Talk #17 True Wealth Begins Within You Many people misunderstand how the universe works. The universe reflects the energy you connect with, and that energy is determined by who you are as a person, not what you want to receive. When you have an abundant heart, a heart that is willing to give, help others, and treat people with kindness, you are cultivating the inner qualities of a truly wealthy person. When your heart and your actions reflect these qualities, you can attract and create genuine wealth. True wealth is not money that simply passes through your hands and then disappears. You may acquire money through deception, but that comes at the cost of creating negative karma. Money obtained by deceiving others does not represent genuine wealth. If you constantly think, “I hope I can become rich,” “I hope other people will give me money,” or even think about how to cheat others out of their money, you cannot attain true wealth through that mindset. Such thinking can cause you to lose the wealth you already have, damage your health, and diminish your good fortune. Stop focusing on what you want to receive. Focus on who you are and what kind of person you are becoming. When you cultivate a heart that is abundant, kind, generous, and willing to help others, you align yourself with the energy of abundance and create the foundation for genuine, lasting wealth. — Doris Yin

Doris Yin’s Wisdom Talk #16 Compassion and Wisdom Must Go Hand in Hand: Be Forgiving, but Stand Firm on Principles We should show compassion toward kind-hearted people and give those who sincerely acknowledge their mistakes an opportunity to improve. However, we must remember one important principle: Being tolerant of our enemies can ultimately mean being cruel to our own people. If someone attacks me personally, I can choose not to take it to heart. I can simply block that person. There is no need to argue or waste my time. However, if someone spreads rumors, defames us, undermines Pioneers’ trust, or deliberately sabotages GCV and Pioneer Work, we must never tolerate such behavior! Personal grievances can be set aside, but deliberate harm to the community must never be tolerated. We do not need to fight with these individuals or engage in endless arguments. However, we must make the facts clear, explain why their actions are wrong and how they harm the community, and help Pioneers recognize the truth rather than be misled. If group administrators verify that someone is deliberately sabotaging the community, they must take immediate action and remove that person from the group. Why did I establish regional Pioneer groups for Arab communities, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and other regions? Because we can no longer remain a scattered force! I want to bring our collective strength together so that Pioneers share a common goal and direction and work toward the same objectives. If every group operates independently, if some administrators do not understand GCV, and if others deliberately spread rumors, mislead Pioneers, and attack us, our community cannot unite. We cannot effectively lead Pioneers in the right direction, and we cannot achieve the results we seek. If we want to achieve financial freedom, community unity is essential! Only when our goals, direction, and actions are aligned can we build genuine unity, accelerate GCV education, develop the ecosystem, expand real-world utility, and create more opportunities for Pioneers to achieve financial freedom. Remember: If someone attacks me personally, I can let it go. If someone deliberately harms our community, I will not tolerate it. We must show compassion toward good-hearted people and firmly oppose actions that damage our collective interests. Compassion and wisdom must go hand in hand. Good Morning, Pioneers! A Beautiful New Day Begins! Dear Pioneers, A beautiful new day has begun! Starting today, let us begin changing our destiny through the small things in our daily lives. Start by waking up early every morning. Start by eating healthy food. Start with one kind thought each morning. Our future is shaped by our thoughts and actions in the present. Therefore, every day, let us cultivate good thoughts, speak kind words, and perform good deeds. Begin by stopping the habit of blaming others. Stop putting yourself at the center of everything. Learn to consider others and put the interests of our community first. 1. Remember the True Principles of Wealth I have repeatedly emphasized these three principles: Financial giving brings wealth. Giving the Dharma brings wisdom and intelligence. Giving fearlessness brings health and longevity. Please remember these words. Wealth is not measured by money alone. It is also reflected in what we think, what we do, and how we contribute to others. Do more at home. Work responsibly and conscientiously in your company. Serve the community. Share valuable educational articles. Help those in need. Give according to your ability and act with sincerity. What matters is not how much you talk about doing good, but how much you actually do. It is not how many articles you repost, but how much you understand and put into practice. 2. I Chose to Give More Time to the Community, but Now I Must Fulfill My Responsibilities I want everyone to understand my situation clearly. My professional work can generate substantial income, but earning that income requires time, energy, and commitment. In the past, I deliberately chose to earn less so that I could devote more of my time and energy to serving the community. I invested myself in GCV education, writing articles, sharing knowledge, and helping Pioneers understand the principles behind wealth and personal growth. I did this because I hoped more Pioneers would learn, awaken, and benefit from these teachings. However, after all this time, I have found that most people in the community have not yet truly understood my teachings or put them into practice. Many are still, metaphorically speaking, asleep. They have not yet fully awakened to the principles I have been emphasizing. If this continues, I cannot be the only person teaching, working, and taking action while everyone else simply listens or reposts articles without making meaningful changes. The purpose of education is not simply to hear what I say. It is to awaken, understand, and take action. At the same time, I have responsibilities and obligations to my clients. They have entrusted their cases to me, and I must complete my professional work conscientiously. I cannot continue allowing my community commitments to prevent me from fulfilling the responsibilities I have already accepted. Therefore, from now on, I will devote more time to my professional work and fulfill my obligations to my clients. Naturally, my personal income will increase significantly as I dedicate more time to my work. This does not mean that I am unwilling to serve the community. It does not mean that I am abandoning GCV education. It means that I have decided to allow the community to awaken gradually while fulfilling my professional responsibilities. I have already devoted an enormous amount of time and energy to this community. Going forward, I hope everyone will take the time to read my articles carefully, understand their meaning, and put the teachings into practice. I can continue sharing my experience and understanding, but every Pioneer must take responsibility for their own growth. 3. Stop Waiting for Others to Give. Start Taking Action Yourself. Everyone wants wealth. Everyone wants a better future. But if we want to achieve these goals, we must begin by changing our own thoughts and actions. Do not say you want wealth while refusing to make an effort. Do not say you support the community while refusing to read educational articles carefully. And do not expect to receive benefits from the community while making no effort to create value for others. There are principles behind wealth. Growth requires effort. Change requires action. Begin with kind thoughts. Begin with responsibility toward your family. Begin by working conscientiously. Begin by serving others. Do not deceive people with false information. Do not sacrifice your credibility and future for short-term gains. Meaningful achievements are built through sincerity, responsibility, and consistent action. Dear Pioneers, I hope you understand this clearly: In the past, I chose to earn less so I could devote more time to the community.
