All those tech advocates who believe AI will replace Doctors are not aware how unpredictable medicine is.The human body is not a fixed component machine that comes with an instruction manual.

Delhi Medical Council took a whole month to renew my registration certificate this time (down from 1 week in 2021)... but to make up for the delay, they attached 3 other doctors' certificates in the email as a bonus! 😅

Can we please stop turning ultrasound into an aesthetic artwork? Getting increasingly irritated by the growing use of AI to enhance,beautify and “CREATE”ultrasound images. Ultrasound is not supposed to look like a perfect anatomical illustration. It is an acquired image! 😡#medX

A strong action needed from @IMAIndiaOrg to curb this menace!

Accountability should extend beyond doctors.#pcpndt officials conducting inspections and stings must also face scrutiny, transparency and regular transfers.Anti-corruption stings should be carried out on enforcement officers as well, because accountability cannot be one-sided.

Merit is rewarded only until it challenges power. Those who speak up often stand alone,facing resistance from those threatened by change.When the cost of honesty becomes too high, silence spreads and society loses the voices it needs most.

2002-2026 Process itself becomes the punishment.Even when a doctor is eventually discharged or acquitted,no one compensates for mental harassment, reputational damage,loss of practice,social stigma,anxiety, depression,repeated court appearances,legal expenses.Some never recover.
