Can we start teaching Nigerian children how to measure distance properly?
In the UK, Europe, Canada or US, someone tells you a place is 5km away, and you know exactly what that means.
In Nigeria, our units of measurement are “just here,” “near near,” “small trek,” and the legendary “you will soon reach.”
Nobody knows whether that means 200 metres or 10 kilometres!
A society that struggles to understand distance will struggle with spatial planning, mapping, infrastructure and development.
Religion, when placed beyond criticism and used to justify cruelty, can become an extraordinarily powerful tool for dehumanisation.
The type of religion I always pray for:
I seek for a religion of faith that produces compassion and not terror; humility and not arrogance; peace and not bloodshed, above all, a religion filled with LOVE!!!
A little Metaphysical analysis on the proof of God's existence.
A video was posted of a guy who placed sugar on anthill to surprise them and to give them rest from finding food for a while. It was hilarious, but something hit me from the comments.
Comment 1: The ants would go on to create a religion about this and say there’s a God.
Comment 2: Do you realize it didn’t just happen, someone put the sugar there?
Comment 3: But it isn’t God.
Comment 4: But do you realize the person exists?
Now here is a little metaphysical analysis:
For all Atheists, just as this scenario, if you say religion was formed based on beliefs and that God doesn't exist, just as the ant would. Notice there’s a CAUSE for it to be formed, which is the sugar (CREATION), the man who put the sugar (GOD WHO PLACED EVERYTHING ON THE EARTH). And the man who placed the sugar exist, so does God who created the universe exist too.
You cannot rule out the existence of God/man because they have both made an impact by creating the universe and placing us here, and the man by pouring out the sugar.
If you say the ants religion is wrong, but you can't deny that, someone placed the sugar there and that he exists.
In all, GOD EXISTS
The "far-right"(Normal people) are developing flying cars, spaceships, and epic military technology.
The far-left (Abnormal people-Democrats) are sterilizing themselves, killing babies, and a death cult that does nothing but destroy.
They are not the same.
Americans, it’s time to stop letting your suicidal empathy override your common sense. Compassion is a virtue. Being a doormat is not. Somewhere along the way, we started confusing kindness with weakness, tolerance with surrender, and standing up for ourselves with being hateful.
You can have a heart without handing over your backbone. You can care about others without sacrificing your own family’s future. Stop being afraid to speak the truth because somebody might get offended. Wake up. Grow a spine. Stand your ground. Your children and grandchildren deserve more than a country full of people too afraid to say NO.
People have become so obsessed with sounding acceptable that they’ve forgotten how to be accountable.

One of the deepest forms of manipulation is to make someone feel ungrateful for questioning an injustice simply because they have received a favour.
Charity becomes uncharitable when it offers relief to the victim while protecting the injustice that victimised them.
When you use charity to cover up injustice, your kindness becomes another instrument of cruelty.

My friends, listen carefully: a lie does NOT become Truth simply because it is repeated loudly, confidently, or by powerful people.
Be careful what you hear.
Be careful whom you believe.
Be careful whom you follow.
Test everything by the Word of God.
The world may condemn you for standing for Biblical Truth but the only verdict that ultimately matters is His!!!
Stand firm. Stand faithful. And above all, listen to Jesus.

If acceptance requires you to betray the truth you once defended, then rejection of should be a form of freedom
Protecting a person's reputation and future can be more Christian than satisfying the public's appetite for details.
When someone falls or fails, are you trying to restore the person or are you enjoying the opportunity to expose the person?
If your Christianity requires another person's disgrace before you can prove that you are right, then perhaps the problem is not the person who fell—it is our understanding of Christian identity.
