On the subject of tourism investment and sustainability, I raised a critical question: why does Prayagraj experience a significant drop in footfall after every Kumbh or Mahakumbh compared to Kashi, despite its massive infrastructure development and modern amenities? I pointed out that hospitality begins with the local community. Just as residents in Kashi, Vrindavan (Banke Bihari), and Ayodhya naturally open conversations with greetings like "Mahadev," "Radhe Radhe," or "Jai Shri Ram" instinctively acting as ambassadors for their pilgrimage sites the residents of Prayagraj must similarly step up as hosts for their own sacred land.
