Bounced!
Why do bulk payouts fail when the money's ready?
It's rarely the funds. It's a mistyped account number, a dormant account or a name that doesn't match the bank's records.
Every failure means someone left waiting and a reversal traced by hand. That's days of chasing and trust lost.
Validate accounts before you pay out. Catch errors at the start, not when someone says nothing arrived.

Another milestone for @TaffaOrg and WIFFA!
The two associations signed an MoU today at the 21st WIFFA EXPO 2026 in Ningbo, China.
TAFFA President Mr. Edward John Urio signed on behalf of the association, strengthening cooperation in freight forwarding and logistics.
FEAFFA participated in the first FIATA Diploma graduation ceremony held in #Kampala.
A milestone highlighting the value of industry collaboration in strengthening professionalism, skills development, and compliance in the East African freight and logistics sector.
On 29 October 2026, South Sudan Freight Forwarders Association delegation attended the graduation ceremony of the first cohort of FIATA Diploma, at the invitation of the Chairperson of Uganda Freight Forwarders Association (UFFA).
Our delegation was led by the President, accompanied by four members.
UFFA has outsourced its training and capacity-building function to Graben Logistics Academy (GLA).
On 30 October, the delegation visited GLA to understand its institutional setup, inspect its learning management system, and exchange knowledge on virtual learning and possible collaboration.
Both institutions resolved to continue the engagement.
For SSFFA, the visit offered a practical reference for building internationally recognised, accessible training for South Sudan's freight forwarders and customs agents.
We thank UFFA and GLA for their hospitality and openness, and congratulate the graduating class.

Benchmarking Digital Trade: In advancing the next chapter of customs and trade digitalisation across Africa, we recently hosted a two-day benchmarking and knowledge-sharing engagement. Zambian government and industry representatives experienced first-hand how digital platforms strengthen customs, freight forwarding, revenue monitoring and operational efficiency.
Looking ahead, CapitalPay International remains committed to connecting technology, government and industry to deliver smarter, more efficient and transparent trade ecosystems across Africa.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR IMPORTERS AND CLEARING AGENTS
South Sudan National Bureau of Standards (SSNBS) has reminded all importers and forwarders that PVoC and CoC compliance is mandatory, effective immediately (Circular of 21 October 2026).
-Regulated cargo must be verified by an SSNBS-authorized provider before shipment.
-Certificates must be genuine. Forged or expired CoCs are not accepted.
-Authorized providers: Baltic Control Poland, Framework Solutions, Jasmine TUV, Ken Capital (Inc.) and Modern Energy.
Non-compliant cargo may be detained, rejected or sent back, with penalties that may reach 45% of the FOB value.
Talk to your clients early and verify every certificate before lodging entries. A quick check now saves a costly delay later.
The leadership of South Sudan Freight Forwarders Association (SSFFA), led by its President, Mr Denq Daniel A., paid a courtesy visit to the leadership of South Sudan Revenue Authority (SSRA), led by Commissioner General Hon. Rizig Dominic Samuel and other senior management officials.
During the visit, SSFFA formally extended its congratulations to the Commissioner General for the confidence placed in him by His Excellency Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit, the President of the Republic of South Sudan. This appointment has also garnered the public's trust, particularly within the business community, and carries significant responsibility that necessitates the effective execution of his duties.
The meeting established a commitment to fostering a collaborative working relationship between the two organisations, aimed at enhancing the promotion of fair trade facilitation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and, crucially, developing a streamlined, predictable, and equitable revenue system that supports legitimate trade while safeguarding the national revenue base.
The SSFFA also reaffirmed its dedication to professionalism and compliance with standards in customs clearance
The SSFFA participated in a benchmarking workshop organised by Capital Pay International, bringing together delegates from Zambian financial institutions and logistics companies.
The workshop brought together teams from the Ministry of Finance & Planning, the Ministry of Trade & Industry, and revenue authorities from both nations to share best practices for enhancing trade facilitation.
The SSRA's CG, Hon. Rizig Dominic Samuel, reaffirmed its commitment to accelerating the revenue sector's transition to full automation, with support from Capital Pay.
The SSFFA showcased the digitalisation processes it has implemented to improve the sector’s operational efficiency.

I participated in a two-day workshop hosted by Capital Pay International to benchmark the SSFFA digitalisation project with stakeholders in Zambia's freight industry.
It’s encouraging to see what began as a small idea—digitising freight services—now spreading across Africa and empowering thousands of logistics players. As our founding leader, Dr John Garang Mabior, rightly put it, South Sudan will start where the world stands today, with practical, actionable steps.
The future is digital, and we must align our operations with reality. CapitalPay International provides a digital solution that enables seamless trade facilitation worldwide.
This continental recognition follows SSFFA's successful Global Logistics Convention - 2026, which brought professionals from around the globe together in Juba, South Sudan.
The SSFFA fraternity and I will forever be grateful to the South Sudan Revenue Authority for the conducive business environment that enabled the SSFFA to excel and progress professionally.
Accompanied by the SSFFA Executive—Mr Jacob Marial, Silas Majok, Kuot Hassan, and Jacob Kuoi—the SSFFA leadership demonstrated its commitment to seamless trade facilitation, investment promotion, and professional practices in customs operations.
Lastly, I met with a delegation of Zambian freight forwarding professionals interested in sharing and collaborating to strengthen our freight industry, which benefits logistics players.

Today, I take on the responsibility of leading FrontierGate Co. Ltd as CEO.

Advancing Zero Container Cash Deposits
We recently engaged membership of the SSFFA on the Shipping & Container Tracking System (SCTS), where members welcomed efforts to free up vital working capital for business growth through zero container cash deposits and streamline the movement of containerised cargo from Mombasa to South Sudan.
It will connect clearing agents, importers and shipping lines within a transparent, fully trackable ecosystem.
The solution was launched by CapitalPay and Viaservice at the Global Logistics Convention in Juba this August, marking a significant step towards faster, more efficient and transparent logistics across the region
Container solutions that make clearing simpler are exactly what our sector needs.
Thank you, Viaservice and Capital Pay for taking the time to walk our agents through it.
Advancing Efficiency in Container Management: SSFFA at Viaservice Workshop, Gulu
On Saturday 3 October 2026, clearing and forwarding agents from South Sudan participated in a one-day workshop at Churchill Court Hotel, Gulu, focused on container deposit solutions offered by Viaservice, in collaboration with Capital Pay.
The session offered our members valuable insight into the solutions available to containers coming overseas.
SSFFA extends its appreciation to Viaservice and Capital Pay for their hospitality and partnership, and to all participating agents for their commitment to professional development.
