5 months later and this stuff still tastes cheesy, sour, and weirdly "dry" for yogurt, almost like the fat content has been enzymatically converted via lipase, the fat doesnt even taste like fat
Very odd, not a fan
I suspect those are find sensitivity to methylfolate (Immediate without discerning if this is a cofactor issue or something else) could put the methylfolate in water and sip throughout the day, to not "push" the pathway too hard at once
Also, 400mcg methylfolate is ~680 "DFE" which is nearly "200% of the daily value", so could even use just ~250mcg of methylfolate titrated in water

It's always interesting speaking to people who respond how they "think" they should respond, or how they think you would want them to respond.. Instead of just responding how they feel like
These people are probably just nervous or something, but I wonder if they consciously slowed down enough to actually think and process/chose to be genuine how this could change their lives
It's funny that a lot of the time people have an adverse reaction to supplementation of a vitamin or mineral, it is often because there is another vitamin or mineral that is needed to process it as a cofactor
For others it really might just be best to stick to foods, some vitamins/minerals are less dependent on other cofactors, and often end up being the cofactor itself
Great example of this is magnesium
