What a wonderful surprise to receive a signed photograph and a note from @MarcusRashford to thank our pupils for the letters they wrote to him in July. I really don't think this exceptional young man can rise any higher in our admiration. 🙂

Would recommend ‘Help’ on channel 4 with Jodie Comer and @StephenGraham73 for all of our Media students. Terribly sad but an incredible film

Can we remember... Marcus Rashford is 23, raised £200m for kids to eat last year. Jadon Sancho is 21, opened up new football pitches for those in the suburbs of London. Bukayo Saka is 19, a voice for the youth of football today & helping local communities. #StopHate #ENGITA

A very quiet atmosphere in the common room this morning without our wonderful Year 13 pupils. I will miss you ever so much this morning whilst I sit in an empty S5 for our favourite Friday P1 lesson.

I think it is clear to see the damaging impact the media can have on the widespread view the British public can hold of an individual. Very powerful and very scary!

Hope you are all watching the #HarryandMeghanonOprah interview and looking at how the media constructed a narrative against Meghan Markle, no matter what your opinion is
