ALT Title: Severe thunderstorms likely late today and overnight. Text: Severe thunderstorms are likely late afternoon through the night, with best chances after 6 PM. While storms will be possible across much of the area, the greatest threat exists across central Missouri. All hazards are possible, including damaging wind, large hail, and tornadoes. A strong tornado can’t be ruled out, and a limited flooding threat also exists. Make sure to have multiple ways of receiving warnings. Know where your safe place is and know how to get there if severe weather strikes!
