It's not a phobia to exercise this fundamental freedom, it's a basic right in a secular democracy.

🚨BREAKING: Small boat migrants working illegally can sue their bosses under Angela Rayner's new workers rights laws
The Equality and Human Rights Commission guidance says even if a migrant has no valid work permit and the contract is illegal a tribunal can still hear their harassment claim.
The strengthened rules from Angela Rayner's Employment Rights Act require employers to take all reasonable steps to prevent harassment or face uncapped compensation.
An example in the guidance involves a migrant without a permit who is harassed by a colleague.
A related case saw a Malaysian migrant with no right to work awarded more than £5000 for discrimination.
Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp called it farcical and said Labour is handing out even more rights to illegal immigrants instead of stopping the boats.
One critic said: Rayner is just insufferable, her employment laws make a mockery of decent hard working peoples rights, she is an utter clown. An utter clown. Why was she let back into frontline government, why?
