Today's tissue isn't very common in life science app, but is a simple reference probe as described by Olevsko et al.: z-stack of tissue paper labelled w/ a fluorescent highlighter pen (single-photon setup, 20x, 0.75 NA, FOV 665 x 665 µm) - 395 nm (yellow); z-stack: 1 µm stepsize.
