This cocktail - FOR PETE’S SAKE - is a delightful, treat featuring J.P. Licks’ Sharkleberry Fin Kool-aid sorbet topped with rose bubbles, an Aperol-coconut milk-sherry-reserve-vinegar reduction topped with a flaming lime filled with rum. Come raise a glass to Pete with us!
