Excited to announce that I started my new job this week with The Florida Today in Melbourne covering high school sports. Looking forward getting back to work in my home state. floridatoday.com/story/sport…
Well that’s the end of a special Rays season. All credit to the Brewers who were an elite and historic team. Outplayed the Rays in all facets. Wished Tampa Bay would have performed a little bit better, but the Brewers’ play made them play a little bit below their standard.
I’m so thrilled this young Rays core got a taste of the World Series in what was the first postseason for most of those players. I’m excited to see how they build off this season moving into the future. They were a blast to watch. It’ll be their time one day.

Scorpions looking to reach the state semifinals for the first time since 2003.
Satellite continues to chip away with its season on the line. Bishop Moore calls its final timeout of the third set leading the Scorpions 22-18 and the match 2-0.
Congrats to Ernie on an incredible run. He is the glue that made Inside the NBA the hit show it is. No one better than him.
