this checks out. During the World series. I almost feel like they're trolling us lol
How much product does Dansby use in his hair? How many cups of coffee can Ian Happ drink in a day? 🤔

We weren’t given any specifics today. Think it’s safe to assume they’re dealing with head/upper body-related injuries given the falls they took.
Exactly. Wherever there is a market deficiency, they pounce.

I would definitely not try to mimic what the Brewers are doing. Next year they may come out and try to slug a lot more. They’ll always try to adapt against the industry. Cubs - do your own thing - compete every year.
This dude still has his Jordan agenda. Let it go.
Isiah Thomas says LeBron James and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar are the two greatest players of all time.
“I don’t know if I can get to three others.”

I think a lot of us (including me) want to take every Brewer game as a "See the Cubs should be doing this" thing and there absolutely is some truth to it but let me offer my perspective: I think one of the reasons I tweet/talk about Milwaukee so much is because how dismissive so many Cubs people (including people who work for the team) HAD been about their recent success. Boog literally called their run last year fluky and unlikely to happen again during a broadcast. Now, it's "well Milwaukee is so great everyone is chasing them." but for YEARS it was luck luck luck because that's what the data said. And by the way, Cubs people weren't the only ones. Their over under win total opened at 83.5 THIS YEAR!!!! Add in the fact that we took their manager and there's a lot there. With all that being said, I am ready to move on from it. The facts are there. There's no reason to bang the drum anymore. They're going to win the World Series and we have plenty of work to do. I still think the Cubs are a top 10 (ish) org in the sport. Now they have to figure out how to get to the next level. Sadly, it doesn't happen in one off-season. It's years and years of the right processes. The Cubs started becoming an elite org in October of 2011 when they hired Theo and didn't see the real on field benefits until 2015 etc. Hopefully they can make that happen but yeah I'm bored during lunch and I know tonight is gonna be wild on here when they sweep so I wanted to get this out.
So little of it is luck. So so little man. They won 103 games

they did get lucky en route to their ring and thats okay to admit too lol i dont know why brewers fans + sam hate admitting that, if we got so lucky too id be bragging nonstop about our luck. they are an incredible squad, but have been the beneficiary of immense luck too lmao
