hungry visionary, optimization god, profoundly retarded terrible quant, nfa obviously. only my own views/ideas unless stated, occasional reinvention is the norm

believing startup pitches and reddit is not reasoning. hands is what made us human in the first place, and human agility and precision in robotic hands are not possible anytime soon, even with optical chips

concerns only the sample of the study, so population average. isn't it amazing? people who don't exercise their brains hard, doing some mindless menial work, still(!) develop up to 25 statistically
Your IQ declines every year, age 26 forward. A person's IQ is highest from roughly age 18 - 25. Creativity is at its highest from age 18 - 25.

the old money is the great filter, influencing the world by existing and doing fuck all. super conservative multigenerational morons. low risk, low profile, uninvolved managed investment. to think that even when it comes to potential immortality they choose to just die instead
Future generations will wonder how we were ever ok with this

i guess i have to read nick land. people wanted to lock me in a basement so i finally read him. i escaped that, thought of them as delusional lainers, and their cult leader is also some kind of a lainer and looks like this😭🥀 some of it is also eye-opening

no wtf, its the same as before. some land fundamental assumptions are definitely delusional, so have to treat it as a rough direction towards an ideal and thiel in some very important matters is also either wrong or lies, but his startup framework is really nice and actionable

hands is what really made us human, without hands we wouldnt be even close. of course there are other things, like good vision, humans can see really far, and see full color, so we have so much more to process and memorize about the world, that also stimulated us

and then perception is more computationally expensive than reasoning. super expensive for a computer to recognize moving objects correctly in all possible weathers and time of day, and do that as quickly as humans do and as confidently en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morave…

twitter case is strange because apparently its hierarchy is radically optimized, and yet they just cant make it any good. like its on discord level of retarded somehow:thinking:

youd think that there are some shareholders or some other bunch of people you need to convince before you can make it normal, but then if it's radically optimized, you probably can just propose things, and they should be accepted? but at the same time it never happens? how?

some people anticipate a fakeout above 100k. 96k is definitely possible, maybe 99k. going above 100k gives such a good exit/entry, it's hard to believe it wont get nuked before that, but maybe it wont

dats essentially crowdsource a big chunk of their investment from retail, most willing participant of the market at market peaks, so naturally dats buy high a lot, always. so when saylor buys a lot again, retail is maybe euphoric again?

and that is too much to ask, that is a pipedream. not like it's not bullish when the market is bullish, but it's best to leftcurve every single uncertainty during bear. everything that can go wrong, will go wrong in a bear market

yfi is not even a complex system in comparison to hyperliquid perp dex. now imagine hype with backend written in rust
🚨 yETH by @yearnfi has suffered an exploit Looks like an infinite mint + @CurveFinance pool drained & all ETH sent to Tornado Cash
