With Diwali nigh, many places sell fireworks around Kenya, and the sale of fireworks is not exclusive to people of Indian decent.
Ergo, Kenyans should NOT under any circumstances buy fireworks in large quantities, especially Roman Candles and Rockets to use against riot police.

Now, working with the above figures, that it's only 60 AHP projects which are ongoing, with Kasongo claiming that the program has employed 1M people, how many people are working in each of the projects.
1000,000 ÷ 60 = 16,666 workers per construction site!
