Meta api is the most delicate bug to fix
Engineering log, 30 Days of @boardyai:
A notification didn't fire when an order was created on WhatsApp. That's the moment a freelancer needs to know a client just committed to a job.
Fixed. Now closing in on more edge cases and testing extensively.

Tracked down two live bugs today. Service agreement invite was hitting the seller twice every time. Also fixed a 404 where the payment gateway was routing /api/api/. instead of /api/. on NGN balance payments.
Both fixed. Both pushed. Back to building.

Most builder just build for the hackathon, but for real minds hackathon is just a added fuel to building a real product

Sure would love it been a full stack it’s literal tough getting by a gig

Got the skill but getting the gig has been very crazy don't know how you did it any hint
Spent months deep in payment switches, settlement engines, and smart contracts for African freelancers.
Sharing the raw engineering logs from here: what breaks, how local bank rails actually behave, and lessons from building fintech.

The provider piece is where teams get burned. Deleting your local DB row doesn't close their dedicated virtual account at the bank.
If you don't kill the rail via API, an incoming transfer or delayed reversal will hit your webhook for a ghost user.

Speculation gets the headlines, but utility is quietly doing the real volume. Stablecoins are not an investment asset here; they are financial survival infrastructure.
Industry B is across emerging markets: • Freelancers protecting their purchasing power against 30% inflation • Software engineers being paid in USDC because local banking restricts SWIFT • Contractors needing money to clear into local accounts in minutes so they can pay rent
There are two completely different crypto industries right now.
Industry A is in the West: • Debating meme coin meta and speculative yield • Swapping tokens between L2s for points • Treating blockchain like a global casino
