A sister of mine is getting married this December. There is already family drama around the wedding. Her mother died when she was four. Shortly after, her father abandoned her and disappeared. It was her father’s younger brother who took her in, raised her as his own, paid her school fees from primary school through university, and gave her a home. Even after he got married, she continued living with him. His wife accepted her as her own daughter. He took responsibility for her until she graduated, got a good job, and relocated to Abuja. She has found love. Her fiancé is ready to marry her. Her biological father has reconnected with her. She has agreed that he will receive her bride price as her father. But she has made one decision, the uncle who raised her will be the one to walk her down the aisle. Her biological father is furious. He insists he is her father and must perform that honour. He has threatened to scatter the wedding if her uncle walks her down the aisle. There are already disagreement between the two brothers. The father feels she has transferred all the rights of fatherhood to his brother .

The advantage permanent government job has over content creators is that when you retire you will be getting your pension But a content creator can make you 35 years salary in just 6 months of getting paid as a creator. Choose your hustle wisely.

We were doing sanitation outside our compound when I was asked to go and call our neighbour, who usually parks his car outside, to move it so they could clear the grass around that area. I went to his house and knocked. His wife came out and asked what I wanted. I told her I was sent to call her husband because they needed him to move his car before they started clearing the grass. Before I could even finish explaining, she cut me off and said I should tell them her husband was still sleeping. I said okay and went back to meet the men. When I told them what she said, they simply replied, "No wahala." One of them even said, "Anything wey e see, make e take." Immediately....

Some of you go to the big malls for groceries shopping. At the cashier desk you wave off a change of 5k, 2k, ₦800 But when you got to the market to buy fish from the poor market woman, you will stand at her front until she gives you your balance ₦100 Why are you like this? Is it for your ego or what.

As a man, you shouldn’t hesitate to put your babe on a monthly salary. This will make her look beautiful and put together always for you. It’s easy to know a man that has taste with the woman he rolls with.

To the World Bank and other financial institutions, is there no limit to how much a country can borrow? 🤦 Please stop lending Nigeria money. The politicians keep mismanaging the funds, and we are the ones who will pay it back for generations. 🇳🇬!!!!

To be financially stable as a man, you have to disappoint women regularly, if you try to make every woman happy you will be very poor.

“Finally happy now?” That was the question my older sister asked when we ran into each other at a grocery store in Ohio. For a moment, I didn’t know how to answer. Three years earlier, I had lost almost everything at once. My marriage ended. I lost my apartment and had to move back in with my mother. Then the company I’d worked for over nine years laid me off. People kept telling me to stay strong. But nobody saw me sitting in my car after job interviews, trying not to cry before driving home. Nobody saw me calculating whether I could afford groceries and still pay my phone bill. I stopped attending family gatherings because I was tired of answering questions about my life. Then, slowly, things started changing. I found a smaller apartment. Got a job at a medical billing office. Started saving a little money every paycheck. I even began taking myself out for coffee on Saturday mornings. Nothing extraordinary happened. I wasn’t rich. I hadn’t remarried. I wasn’t living the life I once imagined. But I was sleeping peacefully again. So when my sister asked, “Finally happy now?” I smiled and replied: “I’m not where I thought I’d be by now, but I’m no longer afraid of waking up tomorrow.” My sister hugged me. And that afternoon, I realized something important. Sometimes, things looking up doesn’t mean everything has fallen into place. Sometimes, it simply means life has stopped feeling like something you have to survive every single day.

Is there any profession that would make you refuse to date someone, no matter how much you like them?

To every Lady that will read this Post, Don't marry a Man because he sabi cook and he sabi do. How he treats you is more important than his culinary skills and ability to jiggy jiggy. Some Women will gauge his joy stick and assume that because it is big, they must marry him I stayed in a Relationship longer than necessary because he sabi cook. Laughs. Infact, on my birthday, he told me not to buy food and he cooked the food I gave my colleagues at work Brothers and Sisters, he did excellently with his cooking but that Relationship was full of drama, see me doing everything to make it work. I look back and thank God that no matter how I tried to make it work, he said No, not this Man My two eyes saw the back of my head. He was the one that dragged me to the Police Station and lied that I stole his things. See me see my local disco, I entered that blue Police Car in Nigeria and was driven to the Police Station. Like Jesus, they found nothing on me. Laughs Another reason I stayed that long was because his mum loved me like her own child and couldn't stand seeing me not marry her son. I escaped a relationship that would have taken my life before my time The battles were enormous, that relationship contributed to his mother's death. To my greatest Surprise, he was constantly asking after me from our mutual friend before she passed on. Can you imagine? To be Continued #Relationship

No great man rises in isolation. Behind every successful man is someone who opened a door, shared knowledge, made a connection, gave an opportunity, or simply believed in him when nobody else did. Every great man you see today stood on the shoulders of others. Never be too proud to acknowledge those who helped you rise. And when you finally get there, become someone else’s ladder.

I kept something in a safe place in January, so I wouldn't lose it, only to spend the whole year looking for that same thing. I found it yesterday.
