Once a week I donate my blood plasma. I do it because it makes me feel good helping someone else out and not necessarily for the money.
Per protocol, my vitals are taken every-time I visit. As you can see my blood pressure is 106/68 with a resting pulse of 71❤️
I take no beta blockers for blood pressure. At the same time I donated plasma, the market had already opened when I looked down at my phone and saw my portfolio.
The evidence is quite clear. As you can see, today’s market blood bath did not affect me physiologically one bit.

Why?
I might be worth $38,669 less, but at my stage in my FIRE journey, I’ve made it already and I know very well in a few days November’s dividends will begin to start rolling in and that this chaos is only temporary.
Words simply can’t describe why I’m so numb to market panic or macro fears nowadays. I guess it’s because I’ve been investing nearly 30 years now.
I was reminded what Tom Sosnoff presented on a screen a few weeks ago when I was in Orlando;
“Real time experience pays dividends: The value isn’t the return. It’s the calibrated judgment under uncertainty”

This can of B&M raisin brown bread in a can is extremely delish and is highly recommended and tastes wonderful with butter and honey 😋
It has a two year shelf life and when you pop open the can, the smell of fresh raisin brown bread fills your nostrils.
